I must say, their flavor offerings exceeded all my expectations. I’ve visited twice, both times opting for the Just Egg eggs benedict and oat milk pancakes, as I’m dairy, egg, and butter-free. Every time, I left feeling satisfied and healthy. The coconut almond whipped cream is simply amazing, and the Just Egg eggs benedict is consistently delicious. While their vegetarian and vegan options seem a bit limited from what I can recall, I genuinely believe they cater to everyone’s preferences, whether you’re craving something sweet or savory. The hostesses were prompt in welcoming us, and our servers were attentive and friendly. The establishment is well-maintained, clean, and surprisingly cozy. Overall, I would rate it a 9 out of 10 and highly recommend it.

Pretty solid restaurant where they do comfort food right. We liked all of our dished on multiple visits and the service was great. The margarita sampler was very nice! In addition to dining, there’s a lot to do at Rio. There is a park for the kids, nice lake front board walk, shopping and other activities. Parking is simple because there’s a close free garage. Can get a little crowded on the weekends.

Had their Rockin’ Beets drink. Interesting beets taste with Ginger.
Their deconstructed Chicken Pot pie was tasty and full of good veggies.

We’ve been here over the years and still happy the food quality is the same when we first tried it.
They do have a few good Halal options as well.
I was blown away by the Lamb Shakshuka.
Wasn’t expecting such an authentic rendition of it in a chain diner.
The fries and Burgers were decent.
Pancakes awesome.
Service kinda tardy, perhaps she was tired but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.
Also a very picturesque setting right by the lake.

My friend and I got the bison huevos rancheros, oat milk protein pancakes, and pumpkin banana brulee French toast. We loved everything, and the service was excellent. We stayed awhile, and they were very accommodating, and even reheated one of our dishes for us!! Would definitely come again and recommend.

What an amazing experience and great food! The menu is truly accommodating, it’s a flexitarian menu! We connected to the wifi and were able to work and eat for hours. We had the most friendly staff check in on us. Nelsy, the manager on duty even stopped by a few times. Pictured below were the dairy free protein pancakes, banana pumpkin brûlée french toast and the organic bison huevos rancheros. 10/10 recommend and will come back.

Stopped this morning on our way back to NJ and breakfast was a hit. Everything was fresh, service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The place is beautiful and definitely a must if in the area.

Terrible experience. I ordered a club sandwich which took an hour to receive. The waiter came to my table once the entire time I was there. One the food came, they forgot half my order. I told the guy who bought my good, but he disappears and then the waiter came by 15 minutes later, and it took another 15 minutes to get the second part of my order. The food looked nice, but was simply average. Highly disappointed…. how do you get a simple sandwich wrong?

My husband and I visited this restaurant this past valentine’s day weekend. It was our first time dining at Silver Diner. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in this restaurant. The food was so flavorful! I had the angus meat loaf, it came with mashed potatoes/gravy, mixed veggies and corn. It also came with a side salad in which I had no clue! Totally worth every penny. We were impressed with our first time experience here, but what we enjoyed the Most was the service provided by our server, Megan. Her energy and knowledge was impeccable. I could tell that she loves her job. She continuously made sure we were attended to. She helped my husband with his order and had clear knowledge of the menu items including the newer items and specials. She was just so sweet and delightful, always smiling, such a precious personality. Much thanks to Megan for making our first visit to Silver Diner awesome. Seriously, I have never experienced a server like herself.

She continued to check with us throughout our meal to be sure we were happy.
