Staff was excellent and very helpful and patient for the first timers that joined us. Very fun and cool atmosphere. Food was a bit pricey for the quality, but was generally pretty good. Drink prices also a bit high for the options but expect that with a captured audience. Will 100% be back again.

Disappointed. First time there to celebrate Mothers Day 2022. Food is mediocre and service slooow. Not the experience I was anticipating. The races was fun but not Silks all day buffet. $260 for a family of 4 not worth it. Ran out of food. If you’re not there when it first opens to eat then good luck in getting food later. Take some constructive criticism Silks. Make the improvements.

We went to Silks yesterday, 06/25/2023. The buffet was a shadow of it’s former self. I think they are just cleaning out the coolers for the end of the season, and throwing anything they can find on the buffet line. Two choices of wilted, browning leaf salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, and chicken salad. Hot buffet was a melange of boiled potatoes and fajita meat, with a gloppy chicken dish at the end. One tray of watery pasta, and a dessert table with bite sized samples, and ice cream. No pie or cake anymore. It was just so unappetizing, but the $65 a person is what really stung. Silks has seen much better days. If you do go, bring a sandwich…

Went Sunday, July 1st 2018… service was pretty good but could be better for what it costs..Food was a total waste. We’ve been coming to the buffet for around 16 years and we will never do this again. Absolute waste of $35.00 per person. Very limited selection of food. Very poor preparation of what was available.. the only redeeming part was the salad bar… otherwise, I’ve had better food at 7-11.. save your money, order from the menu only and don’t expect much…

I have gone there twice,it is very nice and the buffet is very delicious. The 2 times we went they charge us $15.dlls per person,great seats too. The 3rd time we went was a Friday they charge us 30dlls per person. I ask the lady
why the charge went up, she didn’t know nothing,but that they couldn’t charge us 15dlls.@ Silks. I ask to speak to the manager the manager never came by, we got terrible seats. You need to training your people about why,when,where,what, and be more knowledge about what changes have been made. And tell the managers to do there jobs. And help there customers when being ask to speak to them,not go into hiding mode. .

Great place to spend some time with the family. I took my 5 year old and 2 year old to the silk restaurant, staff was really nice and they put us down in a table on the lower level. Kids had a great time. Buffet is a great option for the kids. The place needs some updating, but in general staff is great and the place is cool

Awesome place to get away. If you stay upstairs great food. Downstairs you can really relax have a hotdogs and beer. It’s very affordable for most people which is very cool. Who knows you might get lucky with your bets on horses.
