A eclectic menu with a mix of food styles. The pork chop was perfectly cooked and the chicken fried steak was good as well and topped with a fried egg. The wine list is weak and our waiter did not pour the wine (perhaps underage), just left the bottle on the table, otherwise the service was good. The decor shows remnants of the location’s previous life as a British pub.

We were a little nervous based on the mixed reviews. We were very pleasantly surprised! We went for steak night (Thursday). Our ribeye steaks were perfectly cooked, asparagus was delicious. I chose the Moscato that was not the house, but I don’t remember the label. It was so good! Our server was Ericka. Very knowledgeable about the menu and the wines. Service was really very good. Everything was very nice, the bathrooms were nice and clean. If you have been in the past, I urge you to stop by again. We ate in the dining room, not the bar area. The music was low enough that we could easily talk. We will be back!~

I love the owners, the bartender’s the food, the ambiance, and the service. Been frequenting this establishment for 4 years now, and it’s still my “go to” place. I always feel welcomed here like family. The Saturday & Sunday Brunches are awesome! Live music nights are so much fun! I highly recommend you check them out. Great customer’s too.

Super clean place. Super friendly owners, waiters and staff. Nice, peaceful, relaxing environment. Wonderful food, you can tell it is all fresh and seasoned to perfection. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants a little bit of a different dinner that usual. I am for sure coming back here!!

Not gonna lie, I thought the Cock & Bull open again and was stopping in, but was met by a wait staff and a fancier ambiance. I will say the decor was still confusing (although I doubt the new owners are done with the renovations) but the food was AWESOME! We got there during brunch time and Wife got the Grits and loved it, and I got a Mexican Omelet that was delicious as well. Definitely worth a shot and experience.

Food is AWESOME! Service is impeccable. Came for lunch today and all I can say is WOW! The owner, Lewis, was there and he is so welcoming, so engaging and definitely makes you feel at home. On top of the great food and awesome service. Can’t beat it.
He said there is open mic Tuesday, Thursday is live music (Cecil Shaw) and Fridays and Saturdays varies performers.
I’m gonna come check it out this weekend for sure.

Awesome atmosphere! Owners are fantastic. Jennifer and Orlando, the bartenders, make you feel like family. The goat cheese salad is incredible and Orlando makes the best dirty martini. Celebrating our GNO for Christmas there next Saturday. I hear open mic night is super fun. Can’t wait for the band and much dancing to come next Saturday.

I love this place, the wait staff are friendly and the owners really make it a comfortable enviroment. Everyone makes it a point to learn your name and remember it. There are many people that visit on a regular basis and there is something special going on every day of the week. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the staff is very professional. The food is awesome and the portion sizes are generous to say the least. Very clean and a wide variety of beers, wine, and food. I would definetly recommend anyone to stop by and try it out.

We remember the Signature Bistro as a great restaurant – if you notice many of the review are from the period when this restaurant was Signature Bistro.
After our experience we will never visit this restaurant again now that it has new owners. First we wait several minutes at the door and finally one of the customers greet us. Next we were seated by the owner and did not receive a wine list – we had to ask. We ordered a salad and main course. We waited longer than expected for the first course and over an hour for the main course. If it were only a service issue we many consider going back; however the food upset our stomach the next day. There are many great restaurants in the Seabrook area to try.

I love this place! Great family owned bistro. The food and service is excellent. Live music on the weekends. They have an extensive wine list. Not to mention the best Sunday brunch around.
