I used Signature to cater my shelter’s clients’ Thanksgiving dinner (on Thanksgiving eve). The food was 3 hours late…when I complained to him about the late arrival, he was very arrogant, rude and disgusting!!! Absolutely no accountability, no apology, no remorse. Just null and void of decent customer service…do not waste your time!!
