Having said that, this restaurant is a pretty nice restaurant. We have been to this on a Friday lunch buffet. As this is a new restaurant, I would not complain about not having a weekend buffet on a Friday. The spread is even for vegetarian and non-vegetarians. The eatery is well lit, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate them for reaching out to every guest and finding the feedback personally. I really liked the authenticity and the touch of the south indian spices in each and every dish. The biriyani’s are a tough above all the biriyanis I have had in Orlando. I really liked the way they showed care by keeping the spice to mild for the buffet considering various platelets. I would like to return for the “Mega Buffet” on a weekend and try even more dishes. Really loved the presentation of the food. The winners for me are the Sambar, Bean Fry and the Biriyani. Special mention to the white rice(for the flowery consistency) and the curd rice. We were promised different menu every day, which is a WOW factor for a buffet restaurant!
My only wish is that they keep their authenticity and the quality like how they started. Top Notch!

What can I say…the best Indian food in Florida. Everything is fresh and tasty. We traveled from Tampa to try it and it was worth the trip. As good as what we get overseas. My only regret is that we don’t live closer! =)

We were here on the Sunday for the lunch buffet. The food was amazing. If you craving for good home made kinda food, good spicy, and authentic South Indian taste, please do visit this place. The service was awesome. Very friendly people around. So clean. Best Indian restaurant in Orlando.
Hopefully this restaurant continues the way it is now, and doesn’t turn out to be like other so called authentic Indian restaurants. Keep up the the good food and service. Cheers.!!

Today was my second time at the restaurant. First time was at the grand opening a month ago, and second time was today. The food was amazing both times. I have been to almost all the Indian restaurants in Orlando and I can say that it is rare for a place to get both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food right. Even rarer to get both North and South Indian good. And this place does both of that. Their buffet is quite extensive and I love it that they try things I have never seen or heard of before.
Today was a beetroot halwa which I honestly didn’t like, but I give them kudos for trying. It didn’t matter that I didn’t like it as there were three other desserts for me to choose from. The owners come to the table and talk to you, and the place is quite busy. Today my daughter mentioned that it was her birthday and they gave her and my son a dessert on the house. I thought that was a sweet touch!

Wow! Undoubtedly one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to… Prices are reasonable and the food is of the top quality; everything tastes freshly made and the plates don’t feel like they’ve been microwaved. Nice ambiance, the place is very clean and the music playing in the background is soothing. Customer service is also very nice and helpful; the staff are very caring and will take any criticism to their benefit. This restaurant just opened 3 months ago so many people do not know about it, but you should really visit some time. 6/5 stars! (South Indian food seems like their specialty, so if you do visit… Definitely try some!)

Amazing food, really liked the authenticity. It was our first time visiting here to the restaurant. Enjoyed lots of varieties of dishes and it was very delicious, especially the Mint Chicken in the starter was so good. The restaurant has spacious seating and a big parking lot. The service was fast and everyone greeted us with good hospitality. I would recommend this place to everyone if you wanted to enjoy the good food and would definitely return.

Typically the best buffet in Orlando – however recently I think the food was not as good. The sweets that they made we’re exceptionally hard, as well as the naans wear dried out and not fresh. they do have a wide variety of items, that are all very tasty. But I would suggest to them not to experiment with the suites on their busy days like getting a buffet. We expect a certain quality from signature India, and it’s disappointing that they are charging $13 per head and not giving us the service that we are expected to receive at that price level and from signature India.
I will say though, comparative to most other Indian buffets in the Orlando area – this is definitely the best and I would recommend anyone go to it and check it out for yourselves
