Cafeteria quality food at best. Mysterious pricing. Disinterested employees who show zero pride in their work. Get all this and more at the Aspen Leaf Cafe.
As an example, a simple order of a grilled cheese sandwich will more than likely provide you with two slices of bread that are lazily thrown together, with the top slice only covering half of the bottom slice. The cheese won’t be melted; so don’t come in with ridiculous expectations like that. Go ahead and order a side of fries, but be careful; if the lady at the checkout counter is in a mood, she’ll not only charge you for the sandwich and fries, but for the side of ketchup you squirt on your plate. And speaking of the lady at the checkout counter, I think she has all authority to override published prices. I’ve paid anywhere from $1.25 to $3.00 for a grilled cheese. And the amount charged for a side of fries is always a surprise.
In short, I definitely recommend you visit the Aspen Leaf Cafe. It’s truly an experience unlike any other.

First of all, $0.96 for a side of salsa! How about warning me BEFORE dumping the salsa on my cold breakfast sausage (not room temperature, like, cold out of the fridge), oily potatoes, and pre-made scrambled eggs (served with an ice-cream scoop)?

Honestly, only HP and Broadcom employees eat at this on-site cafeteria for convenience. The quality is not great, the prices go up every year. Better to go over to one of the restaurants at Front Range Village. Or bring your lunch from home, as many people do.

I would recommend this place if working at one of the many businesses around. Great atmosphere and food for the price! Everything made from scratch, the pizza sauce and potatoe salad is amazing. A lot better and healthier than fast food chains.
