I had the brisket sandwich and cornbread pudding. Best brisket I’ve had! Simple, tender, delicious. Cornbread pudding paired wonderfully with the savory sandwich.
Host was warm and welcoming and pulling brisket off the smoker as I walked in.
Old building with original wood floors makes a cozy and homey feel. Definitely will be back!

This place is fairly new but has great BBQ, good atmosphere that looks onto Blairsden fields, pretty good beer selection and more. Highly suggest stopping by.

Atmosphere was rustic, homey, and verdant. Service was hospitable, they checked on us for quality and family needs, and were personable. Felt a little disorganized in work rhythms. Food was cooked and seasoned properly and was rated highly amongst family members. 8/10, great family-style, American-dream eatery; especially on a toasty summer noontime.

Heard about this place because they are one of the only places open until after 4pm within 50 miles between here and Quincy.
Wish I didn’t. I got here expecting a true BBQ experience: hearty, delicious, and straight from the farm. Instead we got Safeway Nacho Cheese, a spoonful of beans on the wild style nachos (more expensive than regular nachos), and a sandwich that promised brisket, sausage, and pulled pork but only came with pulled pork and child’s serving of sausage for the same price.
Where’s the brisket? Obviously not in their kitchen. How can you trust a BBQ joint that don’t serve brisket…… I heard Taylorsville does this better.
Glad we got food because we were starving after a long day of working on the highway. But the kicker is we had to pay for water after they got all the orders wrong. Next time, I might as well go to McDonald’s at least they will give me water and some free ketchup for my fries. Eat local, eat at McDonald’s

Sierra Smokeshow recently catered our event, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. As Texans, we’re pretty particular about our BBQ—but Sierra Smokeshow did not disappoint!
We enjoyed the brisket, BBQ chicken, smoked mushrooms, mac and cheese, fruit salad, and their amazing sauces—everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared.

Love this place! Andrea and Chris the owners are BBQ Masters. Brisket is next level. Same for the pulled pork. Sides and sauces are terrific. Don’t miss the cornbread pudding. Beers, wines and the vibe can’t be beat. Get some!
