Siena’s Pizza is a small spot, but I really liked the open kitchen setup—you can see them making the pizza, which is a nice touch. I was a little hesitant to order after reading some mixed reviews, but I decided to give it a shot.
I placed a phone order for pickup, and the lady on the phone was really sweet and patient, making sure everything was correct. She told me the order would be ready in 25 minutes, and when I arrived after 35 minutes, it was already waiting for me—perfect timing.
The prices are reasonable, and the food did not disappoint. The pizza was excellent, definitely one of the best around. I also ordered wings, asking for them well done, and they were cooked perfectly—crispy and flavorful. The cheesesteak, however, was just okay; the bread wasn’t great, which took away from the experience.
Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back for the pizza and wings. If you’re in Monticello and craving a solid slice, Siena’s is worth a try!

My family was staying at Resorts World Catskills for the Superbowl last Sunday. We placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza during the 1st Quarter of the game. They happily accepted the order and said it would take between 45 mins – 1 hr to be delivered. They even took down my phone number just in case they needed to contact me. It’s now Tuesday and still waiting for the pizza delivery. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! No call, no nothing. They let us down big time. My young kids were starving, hadn’t eaten all day, plus it was a 2 hour drive to get there. They were literally waiting in the lobby keeping watch out the window and would run to the front door everytime a car pulled up thinking it was finally the pizza delivery guy/gal. Never showed up unfortunately. I will never give this establishment 1 dollar of money and will spread the word to my friends and family that live in that area.

This place used to have great pizza; however, over the last year the quality has really gone down hill and the last time we got pizza it tasted like plastic. A whole large pizza in the garbage because it was obviously contaminated. Prior pizzas have been under cooked to the point that the crust was literally raw dough. As far as the dining experience, it’s like eating in a bodega rather than a pizza shop. Go, literally, anywhere else.

Very disappointed in the food, expected it to be homemade meatballs were obviously out of a bag. The best thing we ordered was a gluten-free cheese pizza for a child that was with us. The chicken Parm was different than anything I had ever ordered. I’ve never seen a chicken Parm made with shredded chicken instead of a chicken cutlet for five people. Lunch was $160, I thought it was a lot. Will not be in a hurry to go back

Order a half plan half bruschetta pie. They put maybe two tablespoons of bruschetta on the pizza. When the slices that were in their display case were COVERED with. Thinking they would make them similar I ordered. Got home opened the box. It’s essentially a plain pizza. When I called and asked why she said that’s what you get and if you don’t like it come bring your pizza in and we will refund you. Like how about you make the pizza correctly. On the last few years this place has gone so far down hill I am disgusted with it. Been going here for 20 years and I have to say they don’t give a damn about anything anymore. Will never go back based on my last few experiences. So glad I paid en extra 8 dollars for one quarter of a tomato chopped up.

I’m so aggravated I order from Siena’s regularly and recently I’ve been having bad experiences, I didn’t write a review from my past 2 times ordering pizza but my pizza delivery today made me decide to write a review, The last 2 times I ordered pizza from them, It was overcooked on top and undercooked on the bottom, but I let it go because they’re decently priced and it wasn’t so undercooked that it couldn’t be eaten but still. The reason I finally decided to write a review because now I’m irritated due to the fact that my pizza is messed up from it apparently falling in the car of the driver, cheese is stuck to the top of the box and again it’s overcooked, but this time only slightly however, I’m so mad that I am not ordering from them anymore

Best pizza in Monticello for sure. They offer many choices and their Chicken BBQ pie is amazing. Been coming here for many years now and it’s always great.
During the summer the area is congested but still worth it.

Great pizza. It’s not doughy or under cooked. If you ask them to leave your order in the oven longer for a crisspier taste, they will accommodate. They are always prepared for your order. The place is clean and no flies inside the pizza case. That’s right. I’ve went to other pizza restaurants and there’s flies everywhere.
