This is a new spot for my husband and I but it’s a must try! We’ve been twice this week alone lol. Our serve both times was Kim. She was amazing with a great personality and welcoming energy. The food was amazing! We’ve had 4 different dishes and the drinks were great as well. Definitely try the Pornstar drink when you visit! Will definitely keep visiting here.

Food was decent. Staff has a sweet attitude. Bar section seems very popular with the locals. Restaurant, where we sat, was mostly empty. Loved the Italian feel. They missed the details: cutlery for only 1, milk for coffee and spoon for dessert. Not a bad option, just wouldn’t return.

This place was amazing. The food was great. The ambience was perfect. I love the service here. I would 10 out of 10 come again. The drinks were immaculate and I had a great time. LOVE IT! 5 STARS!

Everything was excellent, especially the Very Berry Waffles! The prices were very reasonable, even more so considering the location and nice atmosphere of this restaurant. And our waitress, Jasmine, was super friendly and helpful!

A perfect night! Delicious food, great service, twinkly-lights decor, the absolute most perfect lighting on the upper east side, and best of all – no TVs in the dining area. BRAVI! We’ll be back, for sure.

Food was AMAZING!! Bottomless brunch could be a bit quicker but it got faster as it slowed down as far as being busy. Bottomless brunch + entree for under $50 is a steal, wish there was better music though!

This Italian Restaurant on the Upper East Side has great happy hour deals.

It’s nice that during happy hour we could sit at a table instead of just at the bar(Happy Hour is usually only at the bar)

My husband had a bottle of Blue Moon Beer $5 and I had White Wine(Pinot Grigio)$8or 9? The Drinks may be cheapest of any NYC restaurant.

The oysters were fresh and tasty, and the tomato sauce that came with them was house made and delicious.

The Truffle Parmesan Fries were a little overcooked but still good.

We look forward to visiting soon.

PS. The menu prices on this official website are out of data(Prices are rising now), so I would appreciate it if the restaurant could correct them.

Siena Cafe is such a great restaurant to try if you’re ever on the Upper East Side!

I’ve dined here a few times and received great service every time. The drinks always taste amazing (especially the Amaretto Sour with egg whites)

The gnocchi pesto pasta is a must. I’m not a huge pesto fan, but the pesto in this dish is not overpowering and tastes amazing.

The affogato & pistachio cheesecake are my go to faves for dessert, at Siena

Outdoor seating during the summer makes for a great time to eat and catch up with friends.

I totally recommend this spot. 10/10

I had the good fortune of being on the Upper Eastside so that I could enjoy a casual late lunch at Siena Cafe. This restaurant welcomed me with open arms. The service was friendly and knowledgeable accompanied by a bright rustic decor. The house Chianti was the perfect start to the afternoon. I of course started my meal with meatballs with ricotta. It was just the way I like it, light and flavorful. I followed it with another one of my favorites Italian Wedding soup. This soup made me smile because it was really a combination of a Minestrone soup and Italian Wedding soup. I didn’t mind because it was so good. I finished my meal with something that was truly fantastic, the Caramel Banana Bread Pudding. Please make sure to leave room for it with a cup of coffee.

The bottomless brunch here is amazing. Food keeps coming, glasses never stay empty, and the vibe leans festive without tipping into chaos. It’s the kind of spot where two hours vanish in laughter and mimosas before you realize you’ve committed to a glorious food coma.
