The service was excellent, and the food was great. The hot chocolate was awesome. I loved the atmosphere just there was a very long wait. Very. (probably because it’s a Saturday right at lunch) just remembered it’s only cash.

Traveled to Agawam diner for a Banana Crème pie. While there I ordered French toast with a side of sausage. The French toast was delicious and so is the pie. Love the Diner atmosphere.

Quaint dinner maybe 30 seats including counter. Food was a typical breakfast morning to write home about but fast and filling. Over medium was hit perfect, sausage links were warm, home fries were tasty. But $14.50 is a tad high even with a Coke. NOTE… No cards, cash only (thank good for the ATM next door). Might try lunch next time on area as prices looked more reasonable.

This might be a casual spot for locals, but as travelers from Europe, it felt like a truly authentic American experience. The interior has that classic American diner vibe, filled with casual, local customers.
We ordered the vegetarian omelette with white toast, blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, and bottomless coffee. While the omelette wasn’t particularly impressive—the veggies inside were a bit undercooked—the toast was fantastic, especially with the butter that came with it. The blueberry pancakes were the highlight, perfectly balanced in sweetness and complemented by the maple syrup.
The menu is quite meat-heavy, so it might not be the best choice for vegetarians or vegans.
Lastly, our server was amazing. She didn’t take any notes while we ordered, yet brought everything out perfectly. We’re still in awe—truly a professional!

It’s an old diner, went there with grandparents over 50 yrs ago. We were disappointed when having supper there recently. Mashed potatoes were instant, vegetables were canned, pot pie lacked flavor, although generous portions. I remember going there because everything was from scratch. My grandmother even loved their coconut cream pie because it was the one thing she didn’t make herself. We’ve had breakfast there a couple of times and it was good. Their coffee is really good. Apparently they roast it themselves. Cash only too, not a positive.

We love this diner. It’s the classic Massachusetts diner experience — great service, comfort food, tight cozy spaces, solid coffee, and prices that won’t hurt your wallet.
The menu is massive, offering all-day breakfast, sandwiches, diner plates, and don’t forget about the pies (seriously, the pies are a must!). The place is small, so be prepared to wait on weekends, but it’s totally worth it. Portions are huge, so you’ll definitely leave full. The food is solid, though I’d recommend sticking to the regular menu instead of the specials. I tried the fried chicken platter from the specials, and it was a bit bland. The mac & cheese was excellent.
Oh, and heads up — it’s cash only! But there’s an ATM right next door.
