I came here for brunch yesterday 3/31/2023, and I ordered the combo meal which was a sandwich and a salad with an additional small Fideo Soup. In my sandwich was chicken salad with grape in a croissant, and a garden salad will th cilantro dressing. I have had the same sandwich before, but for the salad, this would be the first time that I’ll be trying it with Cilantro dressing. Surprise, surprise; I like it! It is now my favorite salad dressing apart from ranch and caesar. My son does not like cilantro because to him it tastes weird; but I don’t have that problem, thank goodness! I enjoyed my meal very much.
I am giving this location a 5-star review because the place is clean, the servers nice, it is affordable, and I feel like I am eating healthy without feeling like I’m eating grass. My food was really good!

Got my order wrong. Manager said we can drive back and get the right sandwich. When I got there I asked if they can give me a fresh drink because it was already watered down for going back because of their mistake. The manager said that was not on the agreement. I would think she could have done it as a good gesture because of the drive back.

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened, never took the moment to review, though. The manager took my order and for the first time ever I didn’t have to ask for jalapeños he offered them to me. I usually come Fridays after 1 because it is normally less crowded. The food is expensive for students and not that healthy (a lot of sugar in the waters, regular mayo, etc.) but still better than surrounded restaurants. I always add poblano soup to my orders, OMG, this soup! The place is impecable and staff does its best.

Always wrong. I love this option in food but at the Siempre Natural University you can ask them specifically what you want and at the end I think they purposely give you what they want. Is just like an agreement . “ if customer ask and pay for something in specific just don’t give it to him/her” . Just to mention one issue . I always ask to make sure my salad to include at least , at least one cherry tomato , I even ask them to take any of the topping but please ( almost begging ) to include tomato . They agree and even tell you “of course” but none tomato comes in the order at the end. See? This is just to bother the customer, don’t you think ?

It’s already the third time I give their chicken breast a chance but it’s horrible! Definitely not going anymore. If you buy anything with strips of chicken breast like the Ceasar salad or chicken sandwich the slices are so fibrous you can’t even bite it!
