Ordered two Carmel apple frozen drinks neither taste the same, one is all cream no flavor and one has no cream all the flavors. Ice isn’t ground and has huge chunks. Drive through has damage to building you have to drive around.

Staff was very nice. I did ask politely if they could turn the music down from volume 1000 to a reasonable level. The manager setting in the back-room response was a not so friendly look (fill in the blanks) but a kind staff member turned it down. 10 minutes later, back to 1000. I have to work from here since my internet is out at the house. I am spending money here too (so far $27 today) just to use the internet and this is what you provide as service to your customers? Also, I am the ONLY customer is the store for the past 3 hours…. So much for small town service. Not a happy customer and will not come back. Even in this little town, there are other options. Date of visit: 8/8/2023 from 0900 to 1200pm.

Two weeks in a row now I’ve stopped here and tried to order a drink and been told they were out of some of the ingredients. I’m not aware of any shortage, since I’ve been able to order this drink at other stores. Seems like they could do better at ordering necessary supplies.

I called to ask what was in their vegetable spread because someone made my order wrong and I had an allergic reaction. Not only did it take awhile to find out if they had the allergen in the food, but the staff member I talked to snottily said “HAVE A NICE DAY” and hung up on me when I said I didn’t want the sandwich remade due to the error and just wanted them to pay closer attention.

Regular occurrence that I come thru at 615 to a store that opens at 6 and they still aren’t open. This morning when I tried the door I could see the employee sitting in the office with the drive thru headset on sleeping in the chair. So off to Starbucks again because this happens almost every morning I try to stop.

Expensive but they always have coupons and offers and the coffees and bagels are absolutely incredible! It’s a favorite in my house.

“Bragel”? Don’t waste your money. You get a dinky piece of cheese that barely covers half your bagel, topped w one very thin slice of meat. 2 stars because the actual Asiago bagel was good. Not worth $5 for a “breakfast sandwich” though.
