I ordered combo #1, a sandwich, soup, and a drink very delicious for the sandwich I got the chicken with grapes very delicious with a side of Chipotle sauce nice combination for the soup I got fideo and for the drink I got a agua fresca melon flavor my family loves this place

Everyone working seemed a little depressed, maybe just a bad day. Chips were stale and when I asked for a new bag they looked at me like I was crazy and had to get permission from the manager. Overall not bad but definitely not great.

Worst experience ever. I went to pick up an order and the customer service awful. They consistently cut me off while I was talking and never smiled. I just wanted to pick up dinner for my coworkers and I at the hospital and these employees here really ruined my whole experience. I will not be returning. I hope the staff is spoken to about their horrible approach towards customers.

Disappointing Experience at Siempre Natural
I visited Siempre Natural recently and was very disappointed. The food was poorly served, with smaller portions and lower quality than at other branches.
The service was also bad. The staff was inattentive and took a long time to take our order and serve the food. When we complained, they didn’t seem to care.
Overall, this location was a letdown. I hope they improve the food and service soon. Until then, I’ll be going to other branches.

Favorite place to eat soups and pitas. All the locations have tremendous consistency in their design, which I love. The food is always fresh, healthy and delicious. The sweet waters are too sweet for my taste but I filled them up with ice and it does the job. The waiting time is significant when they are crowed and really fast when they are quite slow.

I visited here for my lunch break around 2pm. Thankfully it wasn’t busy and the service was fast. Counter person was lovely. People did start trickling in after me though. I ordered the chicken almond and chicken grape with cilantro dressing and a side of poblano soup. Everything tasted homemade and delicious. They have a very nice variety of aguas frescas; pineapple, mango, and more tropical flavors.

Staff was rude. She just gave me the cups and said “Here they’re just drinks. You can fill them up.” She thought I was a Doordash driver but it was my personal pickup order. Doordash orders are supposed to be made by employees. Glad to see this for myself. I won’t be ordering here anymore.
