Bishop was a wonderful server. He recommended the Spicy Italian Pizza and it was phenomenal! Their buffalo chicken pizza is also pictured but I think the spicy Italian was even better. Their homemade ice cream is the best. Pictured is their tiramisu (gf) ice cream. Their vanilla (not pictured) is my favorite. I also love that I got a birthday pizza for free with their rewards program when I ate there. I’ve not had any issues with waiting between 4-5:30pm

We were hiking in the area and this was the perfect spot for lunch after on our way home.

All of the pizzas were fantastic and this was definitely more food than we needed. None of us were sad to have pizza leftover though. If I had to pick, the Tommy was my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong.
I loved that they let you mix and match their sodas. Everything I tried was great. I wish the cinnamon sugar was more incorporated into the dough bites because it all just fell to the bottom of the bowl, but they were still pretty good.
I would absolutely stop by here again next time I’m in the area.

My wife and I have been in TR for less than a week, and we’ve already eaten at Sidewall twice. It’s rare to find a pizza place that truly delivers on a quality gluten-free crust, but Sidewall nailed it. The pizza was perfect. The crust was super fluffy, the toppings were a thoughtful blend of flavors, and every bite felt fresh.
The staff were warm and friendly, which only added to the experience. I also loved the simple, minimalistic atmosphere. Nothing flashy, just a southern, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile.
And I have to mention the peach salad… unbelievable. Honestly, I may go back today just for that.

The marinara sauce was DELICIOUS!!!! You guys need to bottle it up and sale it! I hate tomatoes, but that sauce Mmmm, I would eat tomatoes if they are prepared that way. So delicious.
The service was excellent too, our waiter was so sweet and has beautiful blue eyes.
Thank you for making us and our dog feel welcomed, we’ll be returning to TX bragging about how scrumptious everything was, especially the sauce.

Sidewall Pizza Company in Travelers Rest, SC, is a fantastic spot for groups, families, or anyone craving quality pizza in a lively setting. We came with a party of nine to celebrate a birthday and had no trouble finding space indoors. The restaurant has a spacious interior and a massive outdoor area that’s perfect for nice weather. Two large garage doors open up to create a great indoor-outdoor flow, adding to the relaxed vibe.
We started with wedge and arugula salads as appetizers—both smalls, but surprisingly hearty and satisfying. For pizzas, we ordered four in total: three 14” (Cheese, half Arugula/half Pepperoni, and a build-your-own) and one 12” gluten-free. The regular pizzas had an excellent crisp and a perfectly cooked undercarriage. The only drawback was the crust—while tasty, it was a bit tough to chew once you got to the edges.
The arugula and prosciutto pizza leaned a little salty; a drizzle of balsamic glaze would have made it sing. The pepperoni had just the right amount of spice. The gluten-free crust stole the show—it tasted like it was baked in a lightly oiled pan, reminiscent of a classic Pizza Hut pan pizza. The place filled up quickly after 5pm on Friday, so arrive early for happy hour!

The pizza, meatball app and server were all amazing. I took myself out for my birthday and was gifted a complimentary pizza through their perks program. All around great experience and will definitely be back.

My wife & I went there on Tuesday, March 2 after our workout at the YMCA for lunch. When we walked in, there were no employees in sight to greet & seat us. We picked a table & sat down (there were only 2 other tables with people at them). A few minutes later an employee brought us a menu with our waitress following shortly. We ordered the Margherita pizza and 2 sodas. The order came, with pizza slightly burned on the sides and the entire bottom. Our waitress never came back to the table, and the 3 ladies working were either not seen in the room or standing behind the bar counter chatting. Our waitress finally headed our way, but, turned and walked out the door and down the block without stopping at our table. After about 10 – 15 minutes, she returned carrying snacks and sodas. She brought our check and asked if we needed anything, I said yes, soda refills about 10 minutes ago. She had nothing to say. This was a very disappointing visit indeed.

I love their specialty pizzas! This time we had the barbecue chicken and it was delicious. Usually, we get the breadsticks which are amazing. The atmosphere is cool- the only downside is it’s a bit noisy, it’s so hard to carry on conversation when crowded. They have an amazing birthday program that I definitely recommend joining

Our family has an assortment of dietary restrictions and Sidewall is able to accommodate them all! They are always our go to when we need to get the whole family together! But tonight they took service up even higher! Our sweet waitress, Carollen, patiently helped me when my pizza was not what I was anticipating even though *I* was the one who said my order incorrectly! She calmly and kindly went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with a pizza that made me happy! She took amazing care of our whole table and played adorably with our 5 year old and just made the whole night of festivities even better! Thank you sidewall for a special family birthday dinner! We appreciate you!
