So good! The mushroom Swiss burger was absolutely delish! We also ordered pizza for the kids and they all loved it! The other table friend ordered a giant bacon cheeseburger with gizzard’s. So nice to find an out of the way stop while visiting family in Pender!

Food was ok, my burger unfortunately was very dry , and had way too much bbq sauce on it plus their buns are like dinner rolls , the bottom of mine was very soggy, my wife loved her chicken it was very juicy and cooked to perfection, the only thing she didn’t like was that it was not seasoned at all , but they said they don’t do that cuz someone might b allergic to something, which we understand to a point over all it was ok , maybe if we ever go back we will have better luck, I’m sure it’s a great place for alot of the locals, they seemed to have a decent menu and our sever was awesome, a little slow , but then again someone might have called in sick and she was doing double duties , it’s ok it happens..my burger did have decent flavor, just a little dryer than I’m used to

Food – Solid food. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with some onion chips and cheeseballs. Burger was done nicely and burger and shrooms had a nice flat iron grill taste. The taste that only comes with years of seasoning of the grill. Onion chips were a nice touch. Cheeseballs were decent, but didn’t have that gooey melty cheese if you are looking for that texture.
Atmosphere – what a great small town bar and grill. The place is very large and has some of the coolest decor around. Very comfortable, easy to space out if needed and a relaxing place to have lunch or dinner.
Staff was very pleasant and food arrived quickly.

Immediately greeted when I walked in, which feels unusual lately. Burger was AMAZING, staff and locals at bar were friendly! Prices seem low to me, for the quality and quickness of the food. Decent menu of choices, fully intend to swing back regularly.

The food was pretty good but the service was not. Very slow and not a smile in sight. I never received my dinner roll with my chicken, which isn’t the end of the world but if I paid for it with my dinner, I kind of want it. The beer cheese might as well have been cheese beer, none of the three of us enjoyed it. The pretzel bites were very salty. My side salad was wet when I received it, causing the dressing to run off the lettuce. I sing nothing but high praises about the broasted chicken though. It was spectacular. Unfortunately due to the service we received, I will probably just get my chicken elsewhere.
