I just returned from Sicily’s. My kids, ages 7 and 6, wanted McDonalds; that’s a no for me. The cook, Sean, walked me through various menu options. He was so sweet. He made us a thin crust pepperoni which my kids devoured. The crust was to die for. The sauce was perfect…not too much seasoning. Kids can be picky. His hospitality was through the roof. Being in the restaurant industry myself, I know how difficult it can be to deal with people all day.

Ordered delivery to the hotel. The food was room temp because the delivery guy wasn’t using a hot bag. Also he didn’t have change at all so I had to get it from the hotel store. Then he calls again like 10 minutes later after I’m back up at the room and wants me to come back down because he needed one of the receipts he handed to me. I went ahead and did it because he said he would lose pay otherwise, but my pizza was ready for the microwave by the time I got back up to the room. I will say the pizza was good but not worth the crappy delivery experience.

I ordered 10 wings, mild flavor and a large peperoni pizza.
Lets start off with the deliver driver, very polite, very friendly, no complaints, the don’t use door dash to deliver their food, huuuuge win.. Lets talk about their food.. The wings; order of 10 wings, I received 9 legs and 1 wing, in a Styrofoam box with a layer of aluminum foil on the bottom and a pool of watered down sauce… I could not even get it to stick the wing… I gave up eating the wings after the 4th wing because the sauce was so watered down… Moving on to the large peperoni; the cheese wasn’t burnt and the dough was cooked properly. Overall the pizza was mid, not great, not terrible.. Now we get to the condiments… I have never scene another company, use another companies condiment packets before… This was Sicily’s Pizza right? Then why did I get Sbarro crushed pepper packets in the pizza… That doesn’t make me want to re-order, knowing I’m getting supplies from another franchise.. Doesn’t instill a high level of confidence, sad to say I will not be reordering.

This food place is scamming using another name for Grubhub called Racetrack Pizza and I did some research and I found out they are advertising falsely and charging double Price we paid $170 for 6 box of pizza, not only that a small box to feed more than 25 people. Very upset at grubHub and your company. We order for a company meeting and we get 2 star pizza. I could have went to Costco pizza for better quality.

The guy that used to make the pizzas was hands down amazing since he’s not there the crap taste disgusting the pizza isnt even cooked all the way when you request it be cooked 2 mins longer it comes out looking burnt absolutely rude and looked like it should’ve been in the trash. I then asked would you eat this the guy at the counter said no he wouldn’t so why would you offer this to me.

Ordered lasagna and a spaghetti dinner, both were supposed to come with dinner salad, neither one did,garlic bread was also missing. Extremely long wait time for food that was microwaved, definitely not fresh. Gabe them a second chance and ordered a pizza, paid for extra toppings, they must of thought I was paying to take them off, there was about 10 peporoni pieces, and not even enough sausage to mention.

I’ve ordered over 1000 pizzas from this place for the last 8 years – all meat extra cheese with stuffed crust. Last year I got a thank you message from management or owner for my continued business.
Today, routine order of the same and I received an already cooked stale cheese pizza with added ingredients on top obviously reheated.
I called the Sicily’s location to ask why the sudden poor quality and the chick that answered the phone brushed me off and told me to take it up with Uber Eats.
Congrats you lost a longterm customer and I’m still hungry.
I wouldn’t feed this stale circle of garbage to my dog.
