It’s really hard to come up with anything negative to say about Arooga’s. Always has been one of the top tier sports bars to visit, especially this location. Their boneless wings and their sauces are probably the main food highlight for me. Will always be wanting to come back.

Food was pretty good and so was the 1 drink from the bar we got.
Service was not good at all. Now the server was friendly…. although she did forget to bring the 1 drink from the bar we odered…. we had to ask her for it…
Food came out and she never came back out to check on us. My soda was out and so was our drink from the bar before we even finished the meal….its not like it was even busy…. Haven’t seen the server in over 30 to 40 minutes…. my husband had to go track her down for a check and a box…….
I would NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE BECAUSE OF SERVICE!!!!

Got great wings and the mozz triangles are great pizza was just ok it was good but nothing crazy special for sure try the peach spicy wing sauce before it goes it was really good

I ordered a burger and fries for takeout. I chose “pink” from the temperature options. What I received was, in fact, pink, but it was more along the lines of just raw, uncooked meat. So much pepper relish on the bun that it was completely soaked and mushy. The cheese was cold and not even melted at all. Worst burger I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant.

Ordered a basket of wings with the General Tso sauce. Had the fries on the side so they wouldn’t be soggy. I was pleased with the quality and flavor. They have a good selection of draft beers, but nothing very hearty for my taste.

I wrote this place off years ago, but just stopped in again on 7/5/2024 after 11pm and was able to get food. The new menu is fantastic. Seriously. The beer selection was decent. The service was top notch.
**The only downside was the DJ Blasting Gangster Rap at a very loud volume. Not my thing, and completely inappropriate lyrics, but I guess that is what people want to hear.**

I was there that night, and she wasn’t – her husband was. What he apparently relayed to her is completely inaccurate. Although I was sitting across from the bar, he was so loud that everyone heard the conversation whether we wanted to or not.
He asked where his food was & the bartender asked him what food as he hadn’t ordered anything to eat. He started waving his phone in her face & told her he had showed her the code #. She explained to him that the code is for rewards & he hadn’t ordered anything so she then asked him what he wanted. (He called Laura & told her she had to order in the app.) He continued to yell at the bartender, causing the entire place to go dead quiet. Customers then started speaking up telling him that’s not how it works. Apparently she was supposed to read his mind as to why he was there (other than drinking multiple beers)???
Laura, before leaving inaccurate reviews, perhaps you should know the entire story first. Shame on you.

Apparently not all that work here know how to redeem rewards points. I placed the order online, my husband gave them the code they needed. Bartender stated after him waiting that it was never validated because he didn’t specify what he wanted even after she told him she got it when he showed her the code. Then abruptly started screaming at him. If this is how you run your establishment and allow your employees to behave there are serious problems. We usually have Bridget and she is amazing. I also work in customer service and am a higher up, I would never allow my staff to treat clientele this way. Shame on you.
