Sibuya is a really solid sushi spot. The fish tasted fresh, the rolls were creative without being overcomplicated, and the presentation was clean and modern. The rice was seasoned well and everything came out at a good pace.
It wasn’t the best sushi I’ve ever had, but it was definitely good and consistent. The atmosphere is trendy and energetic, and it feels like a great place to grab dinner with friends. The only bad side is the tables are very close together. Service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience smooth.
Overall, a dependable choice if you’re craving sushi and want something a little elevated without it feeling too formal.

Great atmosphere and service. The sushi was good but I wouldn’t say it was the best sushi I ever had. I still recommend you go here because they have some interesting sushi rolls on their menu 🙂 Mochi was so good tho!

Wasn’t busy at all when we came in but we still found the service slow. We ordered 5 dishes and instead of brining them all together, 3 of our dishes was sitting waiting on the pass at the kitchen. Strange not to bring them down to the table we could literally see the food sitting there. When it did come it was nice.

I’ve had there one of the best- if the not the best- sushi meals in my life!
They have very creative rolls, especially the flamed ones with an amazing smoky taste, they come on fire in foil and are to die for.
We first went there on the night we were leaving and came back the next day hours before our flight to say goodbye to Spain with this unforgettable sushi rolls. Staff are really nice and welcoming.
