Had such a great Saturday lunch at Siam Thai Restaurant! The atmosphere was relaxed but still lively — perfect weekend vibe without feeling rushed or crowded.
I ordered the Pad See Ew and a Thai tea, and both were seriously delicious. The noodles were flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the Thai tea hit the spot — sweet, creamy, and refreshing.
The service really stood out too. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable the entire time.
Definitely a spot I’d come back to again!

I ordered four items for takeout: yum beef, larb salad, drunken noodles, and a side of sticky rice. First, they gave me the wrong order—but mistakes happen, so I went back. However, after the second attempt, it just wasn’t worth it.
The yum beef was sweet, and I ordered medium spice, but there was no spice at all. Maybe this is a different Thai style of cooking, but personally it was missing toasted rice flour and heat. The larb was also sweet, even though it was supposed to be spicy.
The drunken noodles were completely plain. The biggest disappointment was the sticky rice—we were given a brick. It was so bad that it was either old or undercooked. Overall, it was not worth the $50.

Some of the best Fresh Spring Rolls I’ve had. We also had the Garlic Pork and Siam Noodles. Great flavor on the Garlic Pork, but a little flat on the Siam Noodles. Also, ordered both hot and they were quite mild, but nothing the spice tray couldn’t fix. Would definitely come back and recommend.

I was told about this place from a friend of mine. She tried it out with a friend who was visiting from up north. They both liked it so much. They went back a few more times before her friend returned home! I live in Land O Lakes, but I made the trip down to Westchase to give it a try. It was definitely worth the trip! Super yummy food, awesome service, and reasonable prices!! Maybe I can convince them to open another restaurant up here in Pasco County!? I especially loved the Thai Fresh Rolls with shrimp!

I have been to Thailand and I have to say that Anh’s review and comments are not accurate. It’s unfortunate that this review has negatively impacted this business’s overall rating. I have never tasted any food from a Thai restaurant that tastes nothing like Thai food. Do not order the Pad See-Ew or any of their stir fried protein they are literally the same sauce every dish with just different garnish.

Crispy duck is really crunchy all the way to bones which we like. Seafood pad thai doesn’t really taste right even though there is good amount of seafood in it. I wouldn’t order again. Thai tea is very colorful and sweet for the tea. Service is good and ambience is good.
