Had come in late after a long day at Tahoe. The staff was kind enough to let us in and served us a delicious meal. Had basil fried rice, drunken noodles which are a must try. For dessert, we had mango sticky rice. Although the quantity was was a tad bit lesser compared to other restaurants, the taste was heavenly. Would come back soon!!

We ordered from this restaurant via Door Dash. It might be better at the restaurant. They didn’t allow for any substitutions which is hard when people have allergies. The food was also very slow to prepare and the dasher had to wait 45 minutes. The food was very bland, especially the Phad Thai which had 4 shrimp, noodles and sauce only. No peanuts, cilantro, bean sprouts, or any garnish.

I booked a reservation for 6:30pm. When we arrived, the place was PACKED. Barely any walking room. I managed to get a hold of one of the workers, and they said to wait 10 mins. Finally at 6:50pm we were seated. We ordered and did not receive food until 8:20pm. An hour and a half after!! They are extremely short staffed and if you’re that busy, then don’t take my reservation! We would’ve gone somewhere else. At least the food was good.

Avoid this place if you’re hungry or on a schedule. I ordered for pickup via DoorDash, but the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed. They were balancing a packed dining room and a constant stream of delivery orders they couldn’t keep up with. They should have paused their tablets, but they just kept taking orders they couldn’t fulfill on time. To top it off, the food was just “so-so” and definitely not worth the headache.

Very disappointing experience at Siam Cuisine.

We waited about 1.5 hours for our order, over an hour later than the estimated time. The restaurant was clearly overwhelmed — the entire waiting area was packed with people — yet they continued taking new orders.

The food was not good. The noodle soup was extremely salty, and the Pad Thai was oddly sour and overly sweet. After such a long wait, we also found that one dessert was missing from our order.

Long wait, poor food quality, and an incomplete order.

Took 5 minutes after parking in the plaza in the back to figure out that it was on the first floor which requires walking down a set of stairs on the side of the building. Plenty of seating and was no trouble to be seated for 2 people at 5:30pm on a Saturday weekend before July 4th. We were the only ones in the restaurant but in the next 30 minutes a couple more tables were seated along with some to-go orders.

We ordered the papaya salad, Seafood suki soup, pad see ew (seafood). Food came out within 5-10 minutes and everything was super delicious. The papaya salad had a nice amount of spice and the papaya was very crunch and fresh. The seafood suki soup with noodles and lots of variety of seafood was a big hit with a warming and hearty broth. The pad see ew portions weren’t big but packed full of flavor with bouncy wide noodles.

Service was quick and friendly and prices are reasonable.

I ordered a shrimp pineapple fried rice and sticky rice with mango. Disappointing doesn’t begin to say it: the fried was so sweet from added sugar (I think there was at-least 2tbsp sugar in it). Zero spices, only soy sauce and I could barely taste that. It was so flavorless – imagine eating pineapple shrimp fried rice with that much sugar and only soy sauce! The sticky rice was overcooked and there was maybe 4-5 spoons of it, that was it. This for 32 dollars. Very disappointed.

Extremely unenjoyable!

Firstly the decor and lightning is extremely dim and seems as if the restaurant is struggling to pay their electrical bills.
I was surprised to see a restaurant use only paper plates.
The waitress was really unprofessional. Took no less than 5 minutes to deliver our waters or even take our order. She screamed back to the kitchen while I was actively ordering my meal. Was quite snarky and didn’t exhibit a welcoming attitude.

The food was very mediocre and I suspect a lot of their produce was overdue. General kitchen malpractice. Flavors were off and textures of the noodles were inedible hard.
They attempted to overcharge the bill by sneaking an “extra noodle fee” of $5.

Abysmal food that stains Thai cuisine really.

Small Thai restaurant located on a busy street. They are tiny and hard to spot even though they face the street. They have street parking and a parking lot behind the plaza but then I think you have to walk around the building to get to the front. The configuration of this complex is kind of odd.

Came in for dinner around 6:45pm on a Saturday. We were the only patrons there but a few other parties did eventually trickle in. Service is not what I would call friendly or attentive, but they were fast and the food was delicious! We got the Spicy Basil Eggplant with pork (picked level 2 of 5 on spiciness level but didn’t feel any heat), Hangover noodles with chicken, a small side of Jasmine rice, small sake (only 5 bucks!!), and some mango with sticky rice for dessert. Pricing was reasonable and portions were OK.

Overall, thought this was a solid Thai place and we’d love to come back.
