Good food, prices seem comparable to other Gringo restaurants in the area. Chips and salsa are good. The chips are thicker, and salsa a fair bit chunky. I do like that they add more cilantro to the salsa.
I ordered the “Steak burrito” It came with “Nacho” cheese sauce( it was just white cheese dip) lettuce,sour cream, and a scoop of corn cake,beans and rice. All sides are kinda basic, although I do love the addition of the corn cake. I ate about half of my food and took the rest for lunch the next day…YMMV.
My husband ordered the steak Chimichanga, it came with beans, rice, pico, guac, and sour cream.The chimi was smaller than we both expected.
Also got a pitcher of margaritas they were good too, but kinda what you would expect.
Staff was great, smiles all around. A few things did take a minute, but i think the floor staff was multitasking(it was the day before Christmas Eve).
Anyhow, I do suggest a visit.

My daughter took me there for dinner last Friday. I had a frozen peach Margarita with a Tajin rim. I chose the Pollo Adobo, that spinach/cheese sauce over the chicken breast was scrumptious! I will definitely go back. Nice place for a date night or to just pop in for Margaritas and appetizers, too!

I understand that some folks have had a different experience than myself, however this place was fantastic. The food was the best Mexican food I’ve had in years. I got Maria’s Special, and I was NOT disappointed!!!!!!
Also, José was perfectly appropriate with how much attention he gave our table. He was very polite and welcoming without feeling fake or forced.
We’re definitely going to be going back!!!!

Average American Mexican place. Felt it was expensive for the quality of food. Salsa tastes canned, not fresh. Workers smoked right next to the entrance weed/cigarette when we arrived and when we left. Really looks the experience for non smokers. Food was ok, came out almost too fast? Within 5-7 minutes after ordering. We went on a weekday night only 2 other tables were filled at dinner time. Servers never asked if we wanted anything else at the end of the meal, just received the check as if being rushed out. Plenty of other local Mexican places to eat at in the area, even in STL ,with better atmosphere, pricing, and customer service. Not planning on returning after the lack luster experience.

Foods always great. I have never actually eaten there i usually call and get it to go. It usually only takes 10 minutes for them to prepare the food so it’s always done by the time I get there.

I AM SO SICKKKK I ate here today , ordered a water and got a really weird judgy look/vibe so I was like ok let me just get a small strawberry marg ( that was my anxiety speaking next time I’m going w my intuition ) , I also got queso and a combo plate w beef enchilada and chimichanga which I only ate like half of. Now I am a drinkerrr and I do not throw up easy especially off one little marg I barely felt but when I say 6 hours later idk if it was the drink or the food but I cannot stop throwing upppp omg it was my first time here tooo baby NEVER AGAIN , I’ve literally never been sick from eating out or having a margarita never had food poisoning nothing like i do not have a weak stomach so idk wttfff is going on but im so sick , REGRET stopping in ughhhh and I literally never leave a review good or bad tbh sooo uk im HURT
