Definitely don’t come through the door on any kind altering drugs. This entire room is an explosion of color, very festive and clean, which is awesome. The host was great, the water and waitress both did an excellent job with customers and even the bus person was presentable. I had the Super Enchiladas and they were primo, fantastic. Shredded beef stuffed into a lightly fried flour tortilla and smothered in thick queso with a side of Mexican salad that had a snappy, bright green guacamole and cold pico de and sour cream. Even the unsweet tea was above the rest. Strongly brewed to a full flavor.

Fun restaurant, quick friendly service, good food, and a very cool place. The name is a little misleading as it’s more of a restaurant for me. There is a nice bar but its more of a family friendly restaurant. The whole place is so artful and colorful and the service is immediate!

Great food! Not only do I believe this is the best Mexican Restaurant in Arnold, I think it is truly some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. My friend had the chicken taco salad. Look at the pile of chicken (photo) he was given! He shared a bite with me and it was amazing! Tender and flavorful. He absolutely loved it! I had a combo plate that included a Tamale and Chili Reno and they were very good. My favorite was the scope of sweet corn cake. The place was packed, on a Thursday night no less, but they were able to see us very promptly in considering the crowd the food came quickly as well.

Had a terrible experience here. The food was awful. Please see attached pictures. The queso (cheese dip) is obviously watered way down, to the point of looking like dirty dishwater at times. Please see attached pictures. Plates are sloppy and, in some cases, chipped along the rim, posing a cutting hazard. Please see attached pictures. Food is mostly flavorless (unless you think oversalted is a flavor). I ordered the chicken mole. What I got was dry pulled chicken with an enchilada sauce on it pretending to be mole. Waiter admitted that they don’t actually have a mole sauce in the restaurant. Please don’t have dishes in the menu that you cannot actually make. I ordered a plate of nachos to replace my chicken mole thinking ‘no one can mess up nachos’. I was wrong. The deluxe nachos are supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes. I asked for no lettuce (which they complied with to their credit) but my tomato was just a slice of tomato, not the diced tomatoes used everywhere else ever in Mexican cooking, especially on nachos. Please see attached pics. I guess I was supposed to nibble bites off my one tomato slice while eating my nachos? It makes no sense, especially since my wife had diced tomatoes in her pico de gallo with her shrimp quesadilla. Ordered the flan with kalua as a dessert. Received obviously old, store bought flan with the ridges to prove it was scrapped out of some plastic container. Please see attached pictures. At least it was sitting in a puddle of alcohol.

TL;DR: Typical Mexican restaurant with all the good things that implies. Shared salsa bowls.
We stopped in as a final pit stop on our way home from Chicago.
I had the Si Señor Chicken (the staple chicken, cheese, and rice plate). It was delicious. The chicken here is tenderized in a way that flattens it. It was well seasoned.
My wife had the fajita lunch special as did my mother-in-law. They both loved their food.
My daughter had a nacho chicken plate and she loved it as well.

Food was absolutely fantastic!! I had the combo platter with a beef taco, and chicken chimi changa and it was the best food i’ve had in a long time!! the service was a little slow when we sat down but once we got our drinks ordered everything came out freaky fast and fresh. Highly recommend coming here. We even came on a Saturday night at 6:45 pm and finished at like 7:35. amazing experience over all friendly staff. couldn’t ask for a better mexican food eating experience!

We tried another different mexican restaurant , this was Si Senor. We had a Special Dinner & a Combo Plate with chicken taco , chicken burrito , refried beans & corn cake. The chips & salsa were ok. Service was fair. Prices are a little higher than other mexican restaurants we have tried recently.

Fastest and kindest service I think I’ve ever experienced! The food was pretty incredible too. Even impressed my food critic of a seven year old!
Edited to add: Monica was the name of our incredible server! She was so attentive to get us anything we needed and so kind!

This was our first visit here. It was Saturday night close to 8:00. The restaurant was busy, but a booth was available with immediate seating.
Chips and salsa were delivered to our table upon our arrival. Several servers tended to us. One getting beverages, another took our order. We did not feel rushed at all.
The food arrived relatively fast. Flavors were what one would usually expect. Portions were more than we could eat.
The decor was exceptionally colorful. I noticed music was on briefly. There also was a baseball game that I noticed several people watching. Perhaps the music would interfere listening to the game announcer. Towards the back of the dining was a small bar with seating.
Overall, if you are hungry for a Mexican dinner, Si Senor’s will satisfy your cravings.

This is for sure the best mexican restaurant in Arnold. I see why it’s always so busy. Our server was great and on top of drinks the entire time. Food was great. The salsa was really good. We had a great time.
