It’s tough to give this place a positive review simply because I remember when it opened and the service was great. Ever since then it’s really gone downhill. I’m not sure if it’s staffing issues or management. This will probably be the last time I come to Perkins until issues are fixed. We waited for almost an hour for our food. Our server only came to us 2 times. Once for our drinks and then to drop our appetizer not even our actual entree. Last minute we noticed that our server was scolding an employee with a disability. I expect better from Perkins….

On another note, the red-headed manger was not impressive! She corrected Kristi from across the way, loudly, while Kristi was at our table. I also saw the red-head, chewing out the lady at the register while she was cashing someone out. I hope that that manager is replaced promptly!!

Got food at like 7 or 8 pm one night and not only did my food cost $40 for two people, the food took an hour and a half to get to me and it was all wrong, got the triple decker club and it only had bacon and lettuce, but I had already waited the over an hour for it to get there, so I didn’t bother sending it back. It was incredibly dead as well, the waitress we had filled our drinks once in that time frame and took 30 minutes for her to bring them back. Really didn’t want to complain due to it being around 9-10pm and wanting to go to bed. Never going here again

Great experience. The lady that sat us, I suspected was the manager because she was all over helping out everywhere. She cared that the restaurant ran well and guests were cared for, it really showed. Our server was great too, the entire staff seemed to click. Was pleasantly surprised as it was the first time I’d been there.

I have stayed close by in the hotel for a week with no car. The food here is as expected good but not amazing. The staff is amazing and always helpful and very nice. They seem short staffed but just be patient and they will get to you. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection. I was surprised the first day with the French toast, pancakes, hash browns and eggs they were amazing but too much food. The next day I went for the turkey and mashed potatoes. The stuffing was great and the Garvey was excellent. I had a few good pieces of turkey and a few bad. I tried the onion rings but I wouldn’t recommend them. They were rubbery with little to no flavor. I did try the pie and it hit the spot. I think that I will go tomorrow and try the burger. If your in town for a bite to eat I would suggest Perkins.

I went to Perkins for breakfast on Sunday and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. Our waitress Suellyn was rude from the start and never checked on us the entire time. My food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm at best. She dropped off the receipt as soon as she gave us our food without saying anything and never came back to ask if we needed anything else. What made it even more infuriating was that she was clearly treating other tables kindly while completely ignoring us and we were nothing but respectful to her, so I was honestly confused by the way she acted. When I finally got up to ask for a box myself at the front counter, she cut me off mid sentence when I was speaking to another employee and said, “I’ll get it for him.” I usually come here and have a great experience with friendly service, but my last visit was really disappointing.
