The menu is really good, but unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the the way they treat the clients. I’ve been to the place 3 times and the first two times were OK but the last time (today) the attendant was so rude that I got flabbergasted. I live in Milan, my italian is not the best but it’s definitely not the worst and YET the guy would look in my eye and say (with the most disgusting face ever) “Hã???” and it happened to order the takoyaki, the ramen AND even the sprite. He did the same thing with my 2 friends and it was their first time in the restaurant, a poor choice of mine to take them there, unfortunately the food is good but I’m not coming back :/

Really nice place! For vegans they had two different types of vegan ramen (miso or spicy) and vegan dumplings. The food was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was also really great and the decor is interesting.

Really lovely ramen spot that deserves to be busier. Honestly cannot fault the food it was absolutely delicious. Meat, vegetarian, and vegan options available and all amazing. If I was in Milan longer I would definitely come back!
Our server was absolutely lovely and helped us whenever needed.
I would highly recommend the plum sake as a post meal drink. Really nice flavour without being too sweet.

Shuzuki is a really good restaurant. Ramen here is delicious. The establishment itself is small and tables are quite close to each other. It well decorated in Japanese style and has excellent service. Plus, the prices are fair.
The Japanese decor continue into the toilet, which is fits the Nippon cleanliness standards. It would be cool if it was also an intelligent toilet as they have in Japan.
Something that caught my eye is that there is a chair adjacent to the toilet, for any company to the party.
Justified 5 stars.

We were served by a very cheerful and attentive male waiter today! Very good ramen at a reasonable price, clean restaurant amd nice atmosphere :)! We were gifted free fortune cookies and a drink for the New Years, which was really sweet and thoughtful !

The food is delicious and the staff is so nice and friendly. The ramens vary from 13-15€ aprox and they made us a discount because it opened recently. They have one vegan and one vegetarian ramen.
The youngest girl speaks English so we could communicate perfectly.
The local is kinda small so I guess when it becomes more popular it will be better to make a reservation to go.

The portion and taste doesnt reserbe 5 star. The ramens 12.6 euro and they also took table price so 15 euro in total. I think what you get is not satisfying for 15 euros.
Its says Japanese ramen but moslty Chinese people operate it and doesnt felt its really japaneselike ramen.
