Not worth the money, the place was empty when we arrived. 7:30 pm on a Saturday night and only 3 tables occupied all night. The server was terrible, tried to order cocktails, everything we asked for they either could not make, did not have the correct mixers, or were out of. They had to borrow a shaker from the hotel lobby bar to mix one of the drinks. The restaurant ended up not charging us for the first round of drinks because they screwed up so bad. The bread is very good, French onion soup and Ceasar salad were fair at best. The Steaks and potatoes tasted good, not worth $50. Overall I would not waste your time or money here. very disappointed.

Overall underwhelming experience. Got there just after they opened for dinner and was the second person on the bar side. Ordered my steak medium rare with mashed potatoes. Was talked into a house salad to go with it which was not bad.

When my steak got to the table 35-40 minutes later it was medium well. After an argument from the waiter he finally agreed to get me a new steak which took another 35 minutes. This one came out rare and was super tough but because it was better to me than the first one I agreed to eat it. Like I said it was tough and a terrible cut for a $50 steak. The mashed potatoes were litterally that, mashed potatoes my 11 month could have made. No flavor or creamy texture just blah.

Overall the service was poor and the food wasn’t very good. So much for treating myself while I was in town on business.

I have gone here with my wife for our anniversary for the past 5 years. By far this Shula’s has the best steak in the suburbs and possibly Chicago. You are never rushed and can have a nice relaxing dinner. I have always had great service here and the food is excellent!!

The service was excellent! I commend the staff Laureen, Uviel, and Ignaciao. They were most attentive and very friendly with all aspects of the meal. The filet mignon was very tender and cooked to perfection with a wonderful flavor. The sides were over sized and quite filling. I highly recommend this restaurant for their delicious food and top quality service.

Very attentive staff but the food is overrated and extremely expensive. $20 for a breakfast buffet with not a lot of food. $17 for a plate of pancakes. $30 for a hamburger and two beers. Breakfast should be included with the hotel but is not.

Place is very nice, but you can get a better breakfast buffet at a super 8 for free vs paying 12.95.
