I was honestly disappointed with my visit to Shula Bar and Grill. The service was very slow, which is especially frustrating at an airport where most people are keeping one eye on the departure board. It felt like the staff forgot they were operating in a place where timing actually matters.
We ordered omelets, and unfortunately they were nothing special. The food was underwhelming and didn’t justify either the wait or the price. At airport prices, you at least hope for something fresh and flavorful — not something that feels rushed yet somehow still takes forever.
Overall, not a great experience, and not somewhere I’d choose again when time is tight before a flight.

100% pass on breakfast. Bread taste like oil with a cloying taste. Eggs were solo salty as a person who loves salt. Food was inedible.

Try the veggie omelet and add cheese. It was surprisingly fantastic for airport food! I ate breakfast at the chilis here last time which was meh. Drinks are extra expensive here, but food is good. Ansley did a great job as my server. I parked next to the window and watched my gate. Kicking music too!!!

Had a club sandwich. It was ok, but was not a club. Bread was toasted and warm, inside was cold. Fries were good. Bloody Mary’s were meh. No horseradish. Overpriced. January 2026. Had the shrimp entree. Got 13 instead of 12! Shrimp were good, sauces were good, fries could have been a bit crispier. Service was good, however it was a slow night.

Arrived and sat at bar for breakfast. Long wait for service. Long wait for coffee. Never offered a menu. Never told to scan QR code to order. Person next to me had order taken by a frazzled waitstaff. I ordered via their QR code app. Food arrived nice and hot. Ham and cheese omelet tasty but so SALTY it was hard to eat. Nice sourdough toast. Never offered a coffee refill. Never saw anyone to help me remove the second coffee I never got from bill. For 38 bucks I expect more, even at an airport. ANd music was way too loud.

I had the skirt steak one day, and it was good. However, I tried to get the NY steak medium rare and it came well done, they tried again and it came medium well, and I almost had to leave before I got it to catch my flight. I waited 40 minutes. Waiters should inform customers that nobody on staff knows how to cook steak rather than waste everyone’s time and steaks.

We stop in before our flight after a cruise. We found a table quickly.
Service was mid. Clean tables.
Food arrived hot and flavorful! The steak was juicy and tender. The shrimp was also juicy and a good size. The dipping sauce for the shrimp was amazing!!!! Sweet potato fries were perfectly crisped. Coleslaw was fresh.
I know, this is airport food and the reviews here aren’t the best. However, our food experience was memorable in the best way, but the service staff could definitely use a makeover and a reminder that they are the face of the company they repp. A smile and greeting would go a long way!

It’s at the airport in Jacksonville so I understand the price, sort of. Ice tea and 6 overly greasy shrimp for 18.00 including tip. Which they received just for delivery service. You have to scan the barrow to get the menu, order & pay. So I did the majority of the work and she just threw it on the table and walked away. So lacking in Customer Service. Not one person greeted me. The Hostess stand had a sign to seat yourself. Cut out the middle girl and I’ll just pick it up when it’s ready. All she did was talk in the corner with other staff, so never even got her name. Oh well, guess you can’t expect much from the airport restaurants.

Waitress took my drink order and said she’d be right back to get the food order. 20 minutes later, I gave up waiting; they werent even busy.
The food is really good, but don’t go if you have less than an hour to catch a flight. It’s not my first time at this location. Food here is really good. Unfortunately, they move slower than molasses. Burger Fi is much faster and just as good.
