Service was friendly and attentive, although the seating arrangement could use some tweaking – the prevalence of high tops made it challenging for families to find suitable seating. It was a long wait to receive my food as well.
The fries were average, likely frozen, but didn’t detract from the overall experience. Priced at $20 for a burger, fries, and soda, it’s a decent value.
Overall, Shula’s is a good spot for a casual meal, and with some adjustments to seating, it could be even better.

I didn’t have to wait too long for my food to come out. It came out fresh and hot, my burger wasn’t raw and an employee name Latasha had great customer service. My receipt number was 5687.. Food was amazing will come here on my next trip.

Absolutely brutal! I feel bad for the people that work here. They look like they’ve been overworked and there is no love made with the food whatsoever. We ordered one order of fries that took about 20 minutes, frozen bag, not shaking her stirred or even seasoned. Watching the kitchen was like watching a child clean up his room. The poor folks who had ordered burgers we’re eating burgers that were sitting on the grill that was unclean with no love. This place needs to be shut down!!!

Had the regular burger and fries here and they were good. Pretty much whatever you’d expect from an airport burger place. I also got a chocolate milkshake, which was decent, but took a long time to come out. There was a decent amount of seating, though the area is very busy with lots of surrounding gates.

The girl at counter hated her job and customers and clearly did not want to be there. She had such a hateful attitude I didn’t order and left. Imagine if she received the same treatment. I noticed they weren’t as busy as other places at the airport and I’m sure it was because of the poor service.
