I gave this review because whomever this new individual is at counter was totally unprofessional and did not know what was going on the last individual never messed up orders,food wasnt good at all.

we eat here a lot but this time it wasn’t good at alllllll. Please get your original person back to help at front counter because this one is not working out for the restaurant.

The last time we ordered the food was good. They forgot the coleslaw so this time I asked them to remember the cole slaw. The cole slaw was still missing. My husband ordered the talapia because it was good the last time. This time they were out so we ordered more chicken. The chicken was good but not great. The fries and onion rings were soggy. The mushrooms were doughy and everything was doused in salt. It didn’t help that the Instacart guy delivered to someone else first and everythng was cold. I am so disappointed.

Italian beef was juicy and delicious. Lemon pepper seasoning was a nice touch to the fries. Everything was cooked to order, so we did have to wait. But the cashier was very friendly and made the wait a pleasant experience. I would go back based off customer service alone.

Made fresh toorder. perch was excellent. Chicken tenders were perfect and juicy juicy but yet crispy on the outside. Chicken wings had a nice crisp to them where they were still ready to roll in sauce. I’m not a big French fry fan but their French fries were excellent. Harsh puppies were a little overdone for me, But my wife loved them. I really love that they put the entree Box into a separate wrapper bag in order to help keep it warm until we got home.

We were already eating when I took these photos. Everything was so good. The jumbo shrimp were definitely jumbo. The catfish was awesome. Service was good and they cooked everything fresh.

Hit or miss! & I get tired of paying my hard earn money for garbage! They just serve ANYTHING at times. Why would you put this type of food for consumption into anyone’s bag KNOWING it’s burnt & not edible? This isn’t the first time because the chicken & fish is sometimes overcooked to the point of being dry & inedible but it will sure be my last! I only give restaurants nowadays a couple of times to show me poor service and I don’t go back! There’s to much competition nowadays & I can spend my money else were.
