I had the $19.99 all you can eat cat fish. It was wonderful. The fried okra was great. French fries were good. Cheese logs were very good. Marinara sauce was delicious. The ranch was basic. The coleslaw was not very good, but im hard on coleslaw ratings. The roll was a basic roll, nothing special. Tarter sauce was A+ good. They were out of fried twinkies and offered me a bread pudding for free and it was amazing. ALL the food came out fresh and piping hot. The micro brew selection is slim, but they did have some beers that i enjoyed. I will definitely be back. The bartender/managers customer service was absolutely top notch.

2/6/2026 new review: We had dinner at Shorty Small’s tonight and it was delicious, as usual! My husband had chicken wings as his appetizer and said they were delicious! You can get them with sauce on or on the side! They have several sauces to choose from! I had the ribeye as my entree and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked and came with a side salad, green beans, baked potato & a roll. You can switch a side if you want. I had blue cheese dressing on my salad and it was very good! My husband had a sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes, green beans, a roll and a side salad! His steak was cooked perfectly, as was mine! We absolutely love Claire! And, all the staff are wonderful! Such a fun place and being from Beebe, we see so many friends and acquaintances every time we go! Fun place, super nice staff, delicious food, and, great atmosphere! We love Shorty Small’s and are so glad we have this great restaurant here in our hometown!

Atmosphere was fantastic, bathrooms clean, and service was wonderful. Very friendly service. Husband got the ribs w/baked beans, slaw (bland) and fries. I got the American Cheese Burger (medium) came out well, with fries. All of the food was basic and really kind of bland. The Badgers brew drink was delicious and the Blackberry Cobbler was fantastic

Fantastic spot. The staff is a ton of fun, the food is always on point, and it only takes a few visits to become a regular.
They work hard to make sure you get a top notch experience, and are always happy to accommodate in the event something isn’t up to par.

Amazing!! Was worried reading the reviews but the ribs and the chicken fried steak tasted great! Both tasted very similar to the original. Queso was close as well. Is this the 90’s anymore? No. Like Arkansan’s wanting the 90s Razorbacks basketball team back, it’s not happening lol. Anything close should be greatly appreciated. Service was good, there was a line but wait wasn’t bad. Sides were pretty good. Hoping over time as the business grows and it seems it will continue, they will expand the menu. For those complaining about the menu being so small… from working in restaurants like Fogo de Chao, The Mean Pig BBQ, Catfish Hole, this is what restaurants do when they first open back up like this. They do a test run to see if this will sell over and over and really get the staff familiar with the items. As time goes on, they will add items. (Milkshakes used to be bomb )

First and foremost, Freddreka is a wonderful server! Polite, attentive, with a beautiful smile the whole time. The food tasted great. Served in a timely manner. Only waited under 10 minutes for a table on a Saturday night. We will definitely visit again.

I have ate inside a few times and it has been good. However, today was not the case. I love getting the club, and it’s usually a pretty full sandwich. I ordered it Togo today because I have class. It was so skimpy I would’ve had better luck going somewhere else for so much cheaper. I paid $15 for a meal that was worth $5 if that. I walked in and asked kindly for a side of ranch to go with the fries. The lady said okay, but then ignored me and continued to serve her tables.I didn’t mind to pay for one either. I work in food service too, so I was very gracious and waited about 5 minutes. However, I could still see her just standing behind a corner not even trying to get me what I asked for. I left at that point because I had to get to class. Overall, do not order Togo from here because you will not be treated the same, nor get the same quality of food.

The only Shorty Smalls left(that I know of ) and it was great! Loved the location and atmosphere. Food was delicious, service was great. I want to go back so I can try more things on the menu! would recommend if you are a fan of the old chain.
