Oh everybody make way because I’m loud and this place is amazing. The food was non stop mind blowing, but that sweet tea topped off with a thick layer of beautiful employees that were all laughing and working together, that was the best part. At about 1:40pm myself and coworkers went to this Short Stop to get food upon pulling into the drive thru we were greeted very rudely. So unprofessional that I was wanting to just leave but my coworkers wanted food. Once getting to the window the young Hispanic woman continued to be rude. She did not greet us nor make eye contact. On the receipt it states Jose’s name whom I think was the manager but the young Hispanic woman whom did not display a name tag worked the register / window. Customer retention is a plus and I don’t feel they understand that at this location. This needs to be address thank you

I can’t remember the last time I had a bad experience at a Short Stop here in the Austin area. Most of them are well above your average burger stand. They are all priced so that people on a budget can still have a great burger and fries with a drink and not break the bank. This location has become my favorite even though I don’t live that close to here. It’s worth stopping by if you are in this part of town. You can expect fast friendly service, great food, good price and a big smile from whoever is at the window. Keep up the great work!

I love Short Stop order is always right. Ppl can always understand me on the order mic. Ppl are always smiling and pleasant. But the most important part is the hamburger always tastes the same. Perfectly cooked meat with just amount of sauce. It’s always hot when I get it home. What a burger is never consistent like y’all are. And the drinks are always perfect tasting. The fries have just the right amount of salt anf are real hot and I always eat the all before I get home. Wonderful
