That’s why it got the score it did! I had just drive 5 hours and wanted to go inside and enjoy my meal and I did too but it was next door at Taco Bell, and they get 5 stars lol

Absolutely unacceptable slow service. Ordered ahead on the app for dine in. Said it would be ready at 11:06 am. Arrived at 11:07. Received our food at 11:25. There was one other person in the restaurant that ordered after we arrived. Check out the $3.39 chocolate shake that is smaller than the small coke.

Second or third time now getting the absolute wrong order. Went for a cheeseburger with only ketchup and a md diet dr pepper. Got a diet coke with a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles! I’m allergic to pickles; but I guess the little boy working the night shift around 11:45 pm on 10/17 had bigger priorities (on a phone call with his airpod in). I expect a call back since I called 4 times and nobody answered before I file a medical concern lawsuit.

I live in a small town, and my son loves BK. I work super late hours. Tonight, this locating was finally open until 2a! This one specifically is consistent, considerate, clean and really fast no matter what time of day I come. Thank you, guys, for always being available for me! My nighttime hours vary. This crew makes it happen for me when I’m tired after and before work!

I always enjoy BK burgers! Stopped for lunch on a lengthy trip. Food was delicious. We went thru the Drive-thru, so service was what it was (pretty good) and atmosphere was what we had been experiencing the whole day already! LOL

Food was ok but both tacos were broken. Also, I just wanted to sit for a few minutes and eat my lunch…but the door to the play area was stuck in the open position and the screamers/overage big kids were screaming so loud my ears hurt. After 10 minutes me and my last broken taco decided to leave.
