Great menu and staff, its so cute how there’s access right on the bike trail. First time having a frozen yogurt slushy and it was purple cow which is hard to find they also have chocolate almond frozen yogurt too. Will definitely come back!!

Short n Sweet is a no frills joint that serves Richardson’s ice cream. Always pleased with whatever I order! There is a good amount of parking. Some inside seating and a handful of picnic tables out front. Not as busy as some other nearby ice cream places. Definitely recommend for your next ice cream fix!

Our favorite lower Cape ice cream place! Short n Sweet is located in an old schoolhouse and it runs with the theme. My 6 year old loves the painted scoops and he chooses his flavor by color. You can come by bike path or there is plenty or car parking. It’s on the corner of 28 and 137 and the staff is super friendly and patient. The ice cream is delicious and I feel like my kids severe food allergies are respected. We go out of our way to come here and enjoy sitting in the shade out back. There is a walk up window in the rear but we appreciate all the allergy information at the front counter. And they also offer Italian ice for those with even more allergies. It is a tasty locally-owned ice cream joint with good hours and great employees.

We have gone to this ice cream shop twice in the past 3 weeks. The ice cream is delicious and creamy. The owner was talkative and friendly. His daughter, Zoe, was working today too, and she was extremely efficient and sweet. Reasonable prices compared to other ice cream shops on the Cape. We’ll be back again and again!

You probably shouldn’t get ice cream 4 days in a row but how can you resist when short n sweet has the best ice cream! Pictured is strawberry cheesecake, Oreo and death by chocolate. Drive through is great but it does take a little longer but the staff is super friendly and on top of it

The best! They are great with my kids food allergies (nuts and eggs). Over the years everyone who has taken our order has been very patient and kind and allergy aware. They have lists for what flavors have each of the major allergens posted, wash hands, get new clean scoop, open a new carton if available and give the kids an individually wrapped spoon. And they have A LOT of great flavors to choose from. Cash only and there is an atm there. Borders in the bike trail and that’s our favorite way to roll up.
