Can’t beat the food here. The burger and chicken sandwich are absolutely delicious! A bit pricey of course but you definitely get quality! The chicken sandwich has that awesome topping and the burger with some type of aioli bbq Mayo! The fries are great too! Gisele our server was super down to earth, kind and warm. We had lunch at Shoreline and dined outside. It was peaceful, relaxing and just a great time. Steps away from the lake on the bayfront. The sun was shining and the water views were beautiful.
Our charming and friendly waitress made chit chat with us. She recommended drinks to try and she encouraged me to try the fish tacos made with blackened walleye. I am so glad that I took her advice. They were delicious. This was my first time trying walleye. It was sweet, meaty and cooked perfectly. My Mom had the shrimp and grits that she really enjoyed, too. I’d love to visit here again.

A very nice place to eat with a great view of a bay of Lake Erie. The patio area is nice. Even though the restaurant is part of a hotel the prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent. Our waiter, Kayla, was super friendly and helpful.

Probably my wife’s favorite meal of the trip. And my sandwich was good too. She raved about the Crab Cakes and loved her fish and chips. I thought the Pretzel Balls and Club were both pretty good. Beer menu was decent. Service was good and the location was great. Beautiful view.

My wife and I had a nice dinner there. We had to wait 20mn to get a table outside but it was not a problem. We ended up with a table with view on the lake and the field. It was great. The waitress was wonderful and the food very good. We had a smoked salmon dip starter that was delicious and then my wife took a shrimp and grit and i took the fish and ships. Both were very good. The fish was well cooked. So why not a 5 stars? Because of the wait between the starter and the entrée. It was way too long. I had to ask the waitress to see if there was a problem. Beside that we had a good time.

This is a nice enough restaurant, and the service we had was very attentive and pleasant. I will say that the price and portions seem predicated pretty heavily on the view of shoreline water you are getting- but that is a standard for all of the restaurants nearby, with most of them being far more expensive on the whole.
This is a restaurant situated near the checkin and front desk of the hotel it is housed in, so it creates an interesting juxtaposition between lower ended fine dining and hotel traffic, but the view to the other side is very nice.
I had the Shrimp and Grits, which were quite tasty overall, but the portion for the price seemed a bit steep, referencing my above point about paying for the outside ambiance. My wife got the Shrimp and Crab Roll, and her thoughts were largely the same. Overall, it was a nice experience and worth taking in if in the area, if for the views and the little esplanade walking area if nothing else.

The restaurant was great as well as the hotel it was in. Beautiful views of the lake inside or outside eating. The mahi tacos were delicious, very savory and full of flavor. And the coconut shrimp with whatever sauce they had was to die for, really caught me off guard lol. The waitress was very attentive to us and was right on top of everything we needed, all the staff was very friendly. And their bloody mary was great and the bartender offered something I have not tried before and that being a jalepeno in the drink, it hit just right!

Exploring Erie, PA this weekend and I don’t think you could ask for a better view of Lake Erie while dining than at the Shoreline Bar & Grille!!! We spent the day out and about and thought just eating at the hotel and winding down for the evening sounded like a good idea. It was The Strawberry Mint Mules were tasty and refreshing, the Chips and Salmon Dip were a good start, although personally I found the combination of potato chips and smoked salmon a bit too salty to indulge much. My Garden Salad was crisp and a nice sized portion for a side salad. My Grilled Cheese on sourdough hit the spot and the French Fries were nice & crispy, which made up for the disappointing home fries at different spot for breakfast. The fries were lightly seasoned, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu, and I definitely prefer them not seasoned so I can do it to taste at the table, but I enjoyed some and let Hubby finish the rest. His Clam Chowder was fantastic! I haven’t seen Chowder that thick since we were on The Cape, and it was filled with clams, smelled fresh, too! Oh and the bacon chunk garnish was a nice add. Good service, great view, decent food, a bit pricey but still worth it.
