Outback Steakhouses have traditionally been an easy go to for a good consistent meal. I stopped at this location. Very great staff behind the bar. And even some of the staff that was working the tables I could tell were professional. I got a caesar salad and 8 oz sirloin steak. I like pepper and I like herbs and spices. Spices should accent the dish not ovwrwhelm it. The caesar salad had so much pepper in it I thought I’d ordered a side of pepper that happened to have some salad in it. Same with the steak. I don’t know why they put some kind of pepper rub on it but the time I got done eating my nose was running. Next time offer for the salt and pepper to be put on by the customer. Way better than Longhorn! Had to wait a little bit. Waitress was polite, helpful, attentive, and communicated about what items were out. If it was a little wait, she told us what was taking long. Not too crowded for a Sunday night.

Used the online waitlist and got seated as soon as we arrived. Food was great and came out very quickly. Our server, Skylar, was extremely attentive and very friendly! She consistently made sure we had everything we needed. All the team members who brought out our food were friendly and the hostesses made us feel welcome as well. You have a wonderful staff at this location and I am looking forward to my next visit

Well we went to the Outback tonight off Belair road . Staff was friendly and for a Friday it wasn’t that busy . We got seated and ordered our drinks . They come out a minute after we ordered it . My girls ordered two orders of chicken fingers with fries and a Joey sirloin with fries . I ordered a baked potato and filet mignon with a French onion soup (no picture because I ate that while writing this) . The Food arrived with in 15 minutes of ordering . The girls food was cooked perfectly ! But my steak was slightly undercooked so I had it go back. When it came back out it was perfect . The manager and the head chef came out and apologized for the way it originally came out. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The bathrooms were clean as I used it on my way out . Over all experience at this outback was a good one ! Also they did apply my veterans discount to my final bill that came out to be $64.25 , after it was applied!

My first time at this location the services was great. I for my serve name but he was wonderful. I decided to get steak today I normally don’t eat beef but I tried it anyway nevertheless, I sent it back and got the chicken & shrimp alfredo the best decision EVER . Cooked to Perfection

Went tonight with my husband and 7 month old son. The place was next to empty the waiter came gave us waters and took our appetizer request. In the meantime a big party comes in.(Has nothing to do with us) The waiter never returns to the table never….. Someone else brings out ice Cold appetizers never got to put my actual entry in as we didn’t have a waiter anymore. Asked for the supervisor he compensated us for the ice cold appetizer we paid for whatever came to the table and left. We came in hungry and left hungry. I don’t know but it seems anything good is out the window. Good service good food etc its all gone. I’ll never go back to this location. Canton’s location food is ALWAYS hot and fresh i don’t know how they do it but they do even on really busy nights hot food fast to the table.

My father is Vietnam veteran, that lives with me full time because he is disabled and home bound. Getting him out of the house is a challenge, but I wanted to do something nice for him and get him out on Veterans Day, and we chose Outback because they were honoring Veterans with a free 3 course meal. Things started off fine, and we were greeted by our server Amy, who was very nice, and she made sure to thank my Dad for his service. After that things went downhill from there. Once we got our food, we never really saw our server again. And I can’t put the blame squarely on her really because it was poor planning on the management part because she got slammed with a lot of tables with very little help. I asked 3 different people for ketchup, and it took a 4th person to actually bring it to us, and they brought it in a little cup for both of us to share. I asked them if they could bring another, and the person looked at me like I had two heads, and I never saw her again. I had to ask multiple people for a refill on a drinks as well.
We ordered our steaks medium, which came out correct. However, it was like cutting through and eating shoe leather. A medium cooked steak shouldn’t be that tough and rubbery.
After about 25 minutes a manager came over to see how we were doing. First he didn’t bother to thank my father for his service, and second, when I explained to him my issues, his only excuse was that “they were really busy,” and didn’t offer much of an apology. It is really disappointing that on a night that they were supposed to honor Veterans, a lot of them really didn’t seem to appreciate or care they were there. The only bright spot was Amy our server, she was very nice. At least when we actually saw her.

If the blooming onion gets any smaller they can put it in a coffee cup. Save your money for the size of the desert, certainly not the size reflected on the menu, and go to 7-11 and get a Tasty cake. Food was good for our party of five but I’d rather pay a little more and get something worth getting. Don’t think I’ll go back for awaile.
