I’ve been here many times. Always have friendly staff and since it’s at the beginning of the boardwalk, right after Ortley Beach, it’s very peaceful. The owner is authentic and down to earth. I’ve even gotten breakfast items for my fiance at dinner time (that’s how she is) and the food was fresh off the grill, not something sitting in a hot hold all day.
If you’re coming for the Seaside Heights boardwalk experience, start here with a slice and a drink, go back to your left to the beach access, then when the sun sets, go back here and walk the boards (or ride the sky ride.) It will start you off on a great adventure.

I recently visited Shore Slice Pizza and decided to try their fried Oreos. Overall, they were pretty good, though I found them to be a bit undercooked and doughy. Despite this, the experience was still enjoyable, largely thanks to the fantastic staff. They were friendly, attentive, and provided very good service, which made the visit worthwhile. I would definitely consider going back, hoping the fried Oreos are cooked to perfection next time!

All the way from Ohio, we HAD to try Shore Slice. Joe, the owner, was so kind to us, made sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us. The food was AMAZING. Some of the best pizza, garlic knots, fries and cheese curds I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back!

Drove one hour to visit friend and we ordered from here because the pizza was the rave. They were sold out of pizza and we didn’t have an idea this was happening. We also were stoked for the fried PB sandwich and I was raw dough! You kidding me????? Fries were so cold and raw and the meatball sub just looking like a prison meal and sus! My friend wanted to entertain us and the embarrassment is real! I feel bad that I had to go to quick check instead of banging meal! Keep up the good work buddy!
Edit….. I am sick as a dog and feel like I’m going to get sicker. Boardwalk Food at your Lowest!

The slowest service EVER. Prices are ridiculous. They had no cheesesteaks. The boardwalk fries weren’t boardwalk fries, they had no malt vinegar AND the pizza was burnt. The $12.99 sausage parm was ONE piece of sausage cut in half. Do yourself a favor and take the little extra walk to the Midway. Such a disappointment.

This is hands down the best “shore pizza” in Seaside Heights and Ortley . It’s not tomato pie. The guys behind the counter are awesome and the pizza is always on point.

I have never ever had an experience so horrible in my entire life of ordering food. First of all they ran out of pizza lmao what kind of pizza place runs out of pizza ???? They sent frozen yes frozen French fries. And look at the meatball parm they sent that we never ordered. Looks amazing. We also got fried pbnj that was also frozen and wet dough. My friend called them to complain and suggested maybe they use that dough to make us a pizza. I can’t believe this place is in business. The food was absolutely disgusting. 0/10

If you know your pizza you will love Shore Slice. The sauce is amazing, the crust is thin and crisp, the sausage is smokey and savory and that is just the pizza. The cheese curds, garlic knots and fresh salads were delish as well. Love that it is on the north side, away from the crowds with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Worth the visit!

Wow wow wow. The upside down grandma pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had – and I’m from NJ. Nice people and great pizza easy to call in and pick up. Absolutely fantastic, I will be spreading the word about this hidden gem!

Shore Slice is so Delicious…hands down the best pizza on the Seaside boardwalk. The crust is crispy, as slices should be, the sauce is so tasty like homemade in your grandma’s Italian basement, there’s room to eat inside or outside. The owner is there everyday making this delicious pizza. Don’t miss out, it’s located on the North end of the boardwalk!
