We ordered apps and a cocktail, everything was so good! Highly recommend the crab claw/shrimp appetizer, though a bit on the small side, wedge salad was delish!Cocktails were awesome, our server was fantastic!

During our four-day stay at the hotel, we had breakfast every morning at the Shor Seafood Grill, and it was consistently very good. The food was excellent, and the staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and professional.
It was a pleasure to have such a nice restaurant conveniently located on site. We tried both the breakfast buffet on a couple of mornings, which was very good, and the regular sit-down breakfast with table service, which was excellent. The meals were served promptly on hot plates, and everything arrived fresh and hot.
The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made the experience enjoyable. The manager of this restaurant is clearly doing a great job. We enjoyed dining here very much and would definitely recommend it.

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed! The atmosphere was warm, and the hospitality was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made our night was the incredible service from Mr. Blake Kelly. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience especially when I was craving pasta, which wasn’t on the menu. He made it happen working with the chef to create one of the best pastas I’ve ever had! His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like we were in a Michelin-star restaurant. Huge thanks to Mr. Blake and the chef for making our night so special. Hands down, one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had and we can’t wait to come back!

I sat at the bar called Tavern just off to the side of Shor the restaurant. Rachel was PHENOMENAL! Her customer service and LEMON DROPS WERE SPOT ON! This was for lunch.
I came down for another lemon drop and a lady named Allison was there. Although she said she trained Rachel, I guess she was intimidated by the compliments I gave to Rachel and her Lemon Drop. So she suggested I get my second choice of Prosecco. To me that’s POOR customer service. At least TRY! I’m not hard to please AT ALL. on my way out, the MOD asked how my second round went. I advised of the above and he says, Oh ok. Have a good night!” Talking about TONE DEAF!?
Otherwise the Cajun Salmon is SPOT ON! If ever in the area, please stop in and let me know your thoughts.

Beach front restaurant looking at Sunday over palm tree while sipping brain freeze pena colada on a hot June day. I ate lobster appetizer here and it’s the best thing I did at hyatt stay. They should make this appetizer dish a must “signature dish” here. Restaurant open to public and easy access from beach to hotel.

I attended a conference in the Hyatt Hotel and visit this restaurant for lunch. The restaurant is located inside the hotel. The food served was delicious and hot. I ordered chef soup of the day and fish with chips and coleslaw. My goodness; such a great place to eat!

Lovely brunch with a plethora of breakfast offerings on the buffet ($28). Clean buffet bar and attentive waitstaff made breakfast extra special. They offer water in addition to drinks. (Coffee, tea, Pepsi products, juice and fountain iced tea.) We also had the tart berry smoothie and fresh, never empty, coffee. The avocado toast and eggs were an impressive lighter fare offering.

This was the worst salad I’ve ever ordered. Cobb salad with chicken and pork belly. The problem was rotten tomatoes and someone poured lemon juice on the entire thing. It reminded me of cleaning products. We spent around $70 including the tip. What a complete waste of Money.
