This location is the franchisor headquarters and this review is about the franchisor, who seems to be hands-off when it comes to the quality of food and service at his location on Horizon Ridge in Henderson. I had a bad experience at that location and emailed the corporate office in the hope that they would make right what went wrong with their franchisee. Isabel Guerra, who replied to my email, declined to make it right. She expected me to drive 55 miles to get a $12.35 refund or a replacement meal. Neither Isabel nor the franchisee would mail a check to me or make arrangements at a location near me for the replacement meal.

The real shocker is this. Part of my order was a cheese enchilada. The cheese inside the enchilada was not melted (see photo). I sent the photo to Isabel and she explained in an email that their cheese doesn’t melt, it only gets soft. Well, that’s my last meal at any Roberto’s. If I want cold shredded cheese, I can get that in my kitchen.

Inconsistent quality; good food don’t get me wrong but I ordered extra fries and extra meat. Came like regular portions. It just doesn’t look like extra fries and extra meat when compared to the one ordered 2 days ago(picture 2) . I paid extra for those!

The carne asada is really quite nice. I have had it as tacos as well as a burrito. Either way it was amazing!

I drive from spring valley just to eat from this location.
Was there last night and the week before and the carne fries have been the best I have ever had in over a decade.
Normally order drive through or togo and grounds and location are clean. Staff is always nice and convenient.

Kids picked up Roberto’s Taco Shop for dinner tonight. I got 3 of the Chicken Tacos, you beans and rice with your tacos. The rice was nicely cooked and lightly seasoned. Beans were nice and tasty. On to the Main Event the tacos. The taco shells were slightly flimsy but cooked perfectly, filled with chicken, plenty of it. They put a sufficient amount of lettuce and cheese on same. Tuesday’s are Taco Tuesday’s. Cheap eats

Be careful eating here. On top of getting my order totally wrong, I found a small wire in my burrito. Unfortunately for me I bit down on it and it hurt quite a bit. Definitely not going back and I advise everyone to find somewhere else to eat.

I simply asked to not cut my burrito in half because I take it home and crisp it up in my air fryer. I asked the gentlemen. 3 times “Please don’t cut my burrito”. Got home and it was cut.
I called and tried to talk to someone. Spoke to 2 different people but neither understood what I was saying? I asked him 3 times before I ordered to “please not cut it?”.

I don’t understand how no one there understands something that kinda simple

I will go to another company from now on
