I walked into shooters this morning with my family of 6 a due to the tables only seating 4 we kindly asked if we could put two tables together a white bald older gentleman told us “I guess “ seeming bothered after he took our orders the youngest of the group had his arms crossed and head lying down on the table the waiter smacked the table and told to “wake up no sleeping at the table” and “ the owner is the building he wouldn’t like his head down” long story short we ordered $120 worth of food and cancelled the order and left. I am a long time customer long story short will not be returning.

Great service, great food, and fast service.
I came here to get the massive 20oz pork tenderloin and it did not disappoint me. It tasted good, it was cooked well, and had a nice ratio of breading to meat. The table next to us ordered burgers (I’m not sure which ones) but they looked really good as well.
I’d like to know what buns they use for the Big Porker tenderloin, because it was really really good.
My only complaint is the lighting and seating inside of the restaurant — none of the tables were very large and it was dark inside, and the bathroom — which was missing common things like urinal partitions and a mirror.

Just went to the bar. It was nice! I haven’t been there for…10 years? Not sure when it was renovated but it was cozy and the bartenders were super friendly and chill. I’d go back for sure. Everyday $4 Yuenglings ain’t bad either. Idk how Old Chicago is getting away with charging $7. It’s just Yuengling.

The customer service was impeccable! Patty is a Gem. Very helpful and super sweet. She was great with my son too. The prices are what you’d expect for bowling. Clean atmosphere with a warm feel. The pizza was delicious! Not that bar food most places have.

Not the best food, I understand it’s a bowling alley but I think the food selection could be a bit better. The service was not great, if there is a function coming in, it would be better to staff more people however I also understand finding good people to help is very hard.

Went to cousins birthday party. Was only stopping by for about 10-15 mins, long enough to give well wishes, have a slice of cake, say our goodbyes and leave. We didn’t have a sitter so we brought our child with, who’s about 7 months old. She was harnessed to my chest and was asleep. An older chubby guy who claimed to be the owner (he isn’t) in a hideous 2 tone shirt who apparently has small man energy decided to approach us and tell us we needed to leave immediately or he would call the police. After I returned to the car with my baby, my wife stayed behind for a couple minutes to go say her goodbyes. The same gentleman stalked her through the place with the bouncer (even though she was on her own without a baby) and proceeded to make comments to her like “what’s wrong with you” and “you should know better” and then argued with my wife about our childs age. I understand policies and know there are good reasons why they are in place but I also believe in exceptions. There were also other children present which he didn’t seem to have a problem with so we feel DISCRIMINATED against. We were only trying to stop in for a few minutes to again give our happy birthday wishes have a slice of cake and leave. I wasn’t going to drink as I had a child strapped to my chest, and neither was my wife since she’s 4 months pregnant. Did the guy think the baby was gonna wake up out of a dead sleep and sip on a handle of Tito’s or something? Definitely unprofessional and doesn’t promote a good atmosphere. That being said I will also be reporting this to the better business bureau and also calling and talking to the owner of the establishment directly. Sure its a bar but also a grill and most of these places don’t have issues like that until after 10-11pm and it was barely 9 when stopped in. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never spend a dime there again.

In April, I went for Monday karaoke, supposed to start at 7 pm. The fellow running it arrived closer to 7:30, then played recordings. The first karaoke singer was after 8:15pm. Then he played more recorded songs. I’d been there for 1 1/2 hrs before my first song at 8:30. Then more recordings when he would disappear each time. Then the third singer. There weren’t a lot of singers, so each of us could have sung all that we wanted; we had requests in.
The guy was personable enough when he interacted, but didn’t cater to singers on karaoke night. He kept repeating that karaoke is ea. Monday, 7-10pm. Then he was closing down approaching 9:30. I was there 3 hrs and sang only 3 songs, enjoyed others’ song choices when they sang. All the recordings I could listen to on the radio. I went out for karaoke. I’ve found places to sing many more songs, even with more singers in the rotation.
It’s been months, I haven’t been back. Maybe it’s run better now; or maybe my assessment can help.
