When my group got rained out from a concert we went looking for a place to eat and have a drink. Shooters was an excellent find. Great service. Great food. Lots of different drinks on tap. If I lived near Cooperstown I would be in Shooters a bunch

As soon as I walked in, it seemed the bartenders were not interested in serving me, and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. One burnt my food and set off the alarm, the other had no idea how to make a drink I asked for after repeatedly being given a list of ingredients (it literally has 5 things in it and it was written down). Once I paid, it asked me for a star rating – both times, the card reader was taken back and a 5 star rating was given by the bartender. The overall atmosphere was not great, and the food was not worth the $13+tax.

Fun place! Good drinks and nice bartenders! Manager Patrick was rude and disrespectful to his employees and certain customers. Not professional and thought he was better than everyone else. If you show up 2 minutes late to a reservation he’ll give your table away.

This place is an absolute gem people are friendly and talkative. I am bad with names but ask the bartender where she is from she will give you ten guesses and no cheating using Google lol. You will know her when you see her. The food is awesome definitely try the Burger. But top of the list is their pizza it is Top Notch hands down one of the best I have had!!!

Our visit was on a warm night. Zero a/c in the place- and it was HOT. When we walked outside the temperature was actually cooler outdoors. If it’s warm do not go there or you will sweat. Since the place is called Shooters you think you might shoot some pool or throw some darts- well you might, if you have all night and want to take a number as there is only one pool table and one dart board. The food we had definitely wasn’t worth the trip- the pizza honestly tasted like a store bought frozen pizza they warmed up and the falafel bites were so gross I actually put the bite I took into a napkin and into the trash. So, horrible food, horrible atmosphere- decent beer selection (which is good, because you will want and ice cold beer to counteract the sweat dripping down your forehead). We will not be back.

I had my ID and MULTIPLE credit cards and debit cards. This was not enough for the owners. They claimed I was lying and had no reason to be there. I go into the store to get a drink and wait for my brother and i get refused cause I had an out of state ID. I’m 23. I tell them to call the police so they can confirm im 23. They do. The police tell them they aren’t gonna waste their time. However they still refuse us and tell us to leave. These people were on such a power trip. I had 0 problem at any other bar/restaurant in town. Better be a local if you want drinks here. I would just go anywhere else if you aren’t.

I ordered falafel and was rung up, I paid cash. They came back 20 minutes later and said there was no more falafel. I asked for a refund and they tried to give me drink chips. I told them I wanted my cash back. The manager told me she didn’t have the power to give me a refund. The manager called the owner and said all she could offer me was drink chips. I told her that it was unacceptable. The cops were called and we were told by the cops that it was a civil matter and they could not intervene. The sent 7 cops for this incident.

Finished a great night in oneonta visiting a friend enjoyed great persons and businesses thru the majority of the night. Finished the night stoping in shooters. For couple drinks and ordered food. Paid for food with cash and waited for food delivery. Half food delivered and other half they said did not have after waiting 20 minutes for it. Then of course ask for the cash back from food not delivered and was told could not give us the money back and did not give us the food. How could that be.??? We paid and did not receive and were told we would have to take a chip for future use. We told them repeatedly we are from our of town and we cannot use there future use chips. And still they said they could not give us the money back for what they did not deliver. So they stole our money and kept saying we cannot do anything so again. They kept our money for what they did not deliver. Total theft of a business from their customer. With zero satisfaction. And complete uncaring about our situation. Destroyed our good night and totally embarrassed us as a customer. What a terrible place with no courtesy to clients.

Was spending hard earned money there. Good cold beer. Just a young crowd. Put $15 in the juke box to listen to some music. The owner Patrick went over and cancelled them all. Said it was running off his paying customers. I will never spend one more dollar there. Too many other cool bars to go to in oneonta.
