GROSS!!! Ordered takeout, slim Jim and onion rings. Onion rings barely had breading and it was so hard and greasy that it scratched the inside of my mouth. They tasted awful!!! I asked for ketchup before leaving and when I picked the packets up after arriving home they were stuck together and the sticky stuff got all over my hand. Threw them away so now no ketchup.
The sandwich also tasted terrible and the cheese was melted out of the sandwich and onto the container. It was missing the advertised ingredients like lettuce, tomato, pickle. I tried to eat half of it but couldn’t. It’s going in the trash

Food was good, but service was not. Waitress didn’t do simple things like get extra napkins when asked or leave out parts of a dish, and I’ve never been anywhere that serves you a tiny plastic container of lemon concentrate when you ask for lemon in your drink instead of an actual wedge of lemon.

So this is an edited review I had forgot last time we had been here was 4 yrs ago was dying for a slim jim this time it was amazing fries crispy like I like BUT the waitress was awful not once did she come for refills not once to check on us I needed ketchup when I ask another waitress fries were cold my husband had to drink my tea so he didn’t choke BUT food was good I told the other girls about our experience because they had to pick up our waitress slack ugh would have been great if the waitress was better

We came right during the transition from breakfast to lunch. The breakfast was pretty bad and had been out for a while. Waited until the lunch options came out and it was fine but not what I was hoping for.

Always excellent service and delicious food. I usually go on Sundays where they have the breakfast bar and the lunch bar available around noon. The last two times both waitresses that have taken care of me have been very polite, courteous and always checking in to see if I’m okay or need anything. I’m highly satisfied with shoney’s and this location! (Will provide pictures next visit)
