The order was correct, but a bit haphazardly put together. But still tasted good. The cashier and the lady who handed us our food were very nice. The place feels and looks old. Could use a really good scrub down all over.

The food was okay. The roast beef looked grayish instead of pink/brown. They didn’t put cheese on our sandwiches but had it on the side in a cup. The drink fountain was disgusting. Every time I come here, no matter what drink I try to get, it’s disgusting and tastes like soap. The employees were very noisy while we were eating. I love their smokehouse brisket sandwich and the honey Dijon sauce.

Very Dirty place and when ordering we asked for no lettuce an no onions due to a onion allergy they gave me sandwiches with everything took them back in to get them made correctly to get told they can not custom make sandwiches anymore???
I have a Arbys in my home town that can make custom sandwiches! So unsure why this location can not.
My family ate and I had to go to another location so much for a peaceful trip.

I have no complaints with this location. Friendly, courteous staff. My complaint is these so-called “potatoe cakes”. They are nothing more than triangle shaped hashbrowns. Real potatoe cakes have stuff like onions, cheese, etc in them. I was very disappointed because I was expecting potatoe cakes. I can get hashbrowns almost anywhere.
