The buffet was great and the food was hot and fresh. I got the breakfast buffet which included: eggs, bacon, pancakes & syrup, sausage, biscuits & gravy (it was great). I went back for more and got the fried chicken, green beans, and cream corn. Everything that time tasted great aside from the green beans, which were just okay.
Our server, Randall, was great, always on time to ask for extra refills and making sure we were good the entire time we ate. The rest of the staff were nice as well. I would enjoy coming back next time I’m in the area.
$37 for 2 at the breakfast buffet, and we had about 3 servings of food each.

Food was decent, nothing special about it. It did lack flavor and love. It was like and upgraded version of cafeteria lunch, but the servers were pretty nice. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a delicious meal.

Never been to this chain before and pleasantly surprised. We wanted some no frills breakfast on the way back home, but every place along the road had a lot of people waiting. We are glad we stopped here, buffet style gave three of us needed variety ( because not every one likes sugary stuff for breakfast), quick and very pleasant service.
I even got my hot tea which was not Lipton ( thank you, Universe).
No time waisted on waiting in line, waiting for your waiter, your food to get ready, waiting for your check.
Delicious, clean, friendly, efficient.

We stopped in to have breakfast here, the buffet was nice and presentable. The food was good, somethings were better than others. It was your basic buffet breakfast. The service was ok, the staff was having issue’s not wanting to work an the manager stepped in an was a delight. I had much respect for her even though she was in a wheelchair she was still getting us drinks an running the cash register. Very polite staff. Other than the servers that walked out that morning. The others really rallied to make up for the lost service. It was a friendly atmosphere, good down home feel to it.

Exceptional service and cleanest restaurant I have seen in a while.
Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. At 11 they put out lunch buffet but also kept the breakfast hot and fresh.
I ordered breakfast buffet but also got a piece of hot and delicious fried catfish from the lunch buffet.
Cannot say enough about the Owner manager Roger and all the employees. They are so kind, friendly and check on you frequently.
Please seek out this Shoney’s for sure!

We loved coming here once a week. But now they’re CLOSED down permanently. We are so sad about their closing. The owner, Roger and Leah the server always took care of us and super nice. We will definitely miss y’all.

Okay for a cheap place to eat. I went for the salad buffet, it was very basic but edible. They Only had lettuce for greens, the onions were cut way too thick and the cheese was oddly wet. I also tried the other options on the buffet and was pleasantly surprised with the fried fish. Mom and I were able to eat lunch for under $30 so we weren’t upset by that at all.

It’s seems such a shame to Have such a nice new restaurant, but the food sucks and the service by Marshal was terrible! The manager was obviously mad and defensive when we told her the food was yuck! Seems at 2pm everyone is just waiting to walk out at 4pm! Waiter too busy cleaning the kitchen for closing time to be able to refill our drinks! If you can’t handle nine customers in the restaurant and keep food out and fresh, you might as well close the doors!
