Shogun offers tasty hibachi with generous portions of noodles, fried rice, and veggies, and the show at the grill is fun to watch. The drinks are nicely presented and the overall experience is lively. However, I was uncomfortable that the chef used the same spatulas and utensils to cook and stir all the meats together (steak, chicken, seafood) on the same grill surface. I don’t eat steak, so I would have preferred separate utensils or more attention to keeping items separate when requested. If you have strict dietary preferences or restrictions, make sure to talk to the staff ahead of time or this might not be the best fit.

We’ve been coming to Shogun for many years now. The food is always good, but the hibachi cooks are about twenty choo choo’s past giving up on life. However, we had the best server we’ve ever had last night. I think her name was Hallie. She was bright, cheery, and extremely attentive. Best service we’ve ever gotten there. If you go, look for her. She’s worth asking for. Overall, we are always happy and super full when we leave and have enough for dinner the next night. Better start saving now, though. It ain’t cheap. 10/10 highly recommend

We probably encountered the most unprofessional chef. All the dishes used only one seasoning, and everything tasted the same. The chef kept talking loudly while cooking; perhaps he could wear a mask so my food wouldn’t be full of his saliva. Many of the dishes were burnt. He should focus on cooking the food properly instead of chatting with the customers. This meal was incredibly unpleasant!

They were short a couple of chefs tonight and told us we were going to have about a 15-minute wait, but that they would comp us some appetizers. NO PROBLEM!! ALL the food was good, and got to try some appetizers that we hadn’t had before.

Similar to all hibachi food joints, they have menu from the kitchen as well which are prepared behind the doors. Hibachi menu is limited but prepared live with bit of a show.
The soup and salad options are very limited, the menu did not have poultry (which felt odd) , rolls are sushi influenced (should mention that, we ordered thinking rolls will be crispy). Overall food tasted same as any other hibachi restaurant.
20% gratuity was added to the bill, which is on the higher side.

The food and service is awesome. The hibachi chefs put on a great show. Get a reservation because it’s gets pretty busy especially on the weekends. The sushi taste fresh and the potions are big. I don’t know the name of the sauce they give you at the hibachi but it’s great. All the cocktails we tried were good. Great place all around.

made a order to go when i go there to pick it up they told me it was not ready before asking what the name was. when i finally told him it was sitting on the shelf the whole time. the worker asked me if i already paid so they cant even account for what has been paid for or not. and on top of that the charge you a extra four dollars to use a card which i have never had at a restaurant. we had two full meals and they were so scummy and cheap they only put two soy sauce packs in the bags for the meals not even enough to put in a bowl to dip sushi in much less put on hibachi. overall really cheap and scummy service from a place thats supposed to be highly rated

Amazing customer service! I was staying at the hotel beside the restaurant. I made a pickup order went to get it. I didn’t realize I made it for one that was in Fayetteville AR. I was walking out to leave bc it was my mistake. On the way out I explained I wasn’t from here and just picked the one that popped up when I googled it. The man who I’m assuming is the manager immediately told me they would just make my food bc the other one was so far away. He never got an attitude or upset about it. He called the other location and handled it. I wish I would have had cash on me to tip him but I literally only had my phone with me. That is hands down the best customer service I have ever had at a restaurant. 10 out of 10!

We surprised my mom with dinner at Shogun for her birthday! They helped us with the surprise and put aside her flowers so we could enjoy the meal. The hostess was wonderful, the waitress was great and the hibachi chef was wonderful as well. The food was delicious and everyone, including my mom, enjoyed it immensely.
