Clean, large variety, good service, beautiful setting, clean bathrooms that don’t smell bad like some buffets and the toilets actually flush, it’s as close to Asiana as you will get. Average buffet pricing worth every penny. I drove 22 miles to get here cuz the buffets in Hendersonville are going down hill and it’s 100% worth the drive unlike the only 2 Asian food buffets in Hendersonville these guys/gals don’t burn the sugar doughnuts.
Next time I want quality and buffet Asian style I will go the extra miles and come here.

They are quick to clear the table of dirty dishes instead of leaving the table dirty with dishes piling up.
THEY ACTUALLY FILL YOUR DRINKS INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR YOU TO BEG FOR A REFILL AFTER YOU ARE CHOKING ON THE FOOD
Unlike many places they actually answer the phone if you have questions.
I highly reccomend the dinner buffet over the lunch buffet it cost a little more but the quality of their food makes it worth it.
If you come in at lunch and decide you want dinner items too just make sure you don’t have the lunch and dinner buffet in your receipt never hurts to double check.

Here yesterday 4/28/25. Great service. Closes at 9pm. I stopped by at about 8:15pm. I’m glad they said so. Food was still super as always. I know they have limited items at during last hour, but it’s okay by me. I love almost everything they have. Stopped here on 12/24/24 surprised they were open & extremely busy. Bathroom was very clean. Thank you. No suggestions. Those oreck vacuums are light and they seemed to be working great! You keep it well kept up!
Great after a nice bike ride in Bent Creek Forest. Always good food & service. Thank you kindly.

Stopped in there last night for dinner 4 adults. If there was a – minus star button I would put it. We were seated quickly but the waitress was putting us very close to another table with 4 gentlemen. I was uncomfortable with that but not just that 2 of us in my party have social anxiety so I asked if we could sit in a booth she was very disgusted with us and it went downhill from there. Very rude we had a lady waitress. She did not want to wait on us . My fiancée asked for a spoon not realizing they are up on the bufffet so she told him rudely. We had asked for a refill and no the drink was not almost empty but still we wanted a refill because when you do see them you better ask cause they don’t come back much to see if you need anything, he in no way asked rudely. She looked at him with disgust and confused why he would ask for a refill. So immediately my fiancée felt bad trying to figure out what he had done wrong. So my sister in law said I’m not even gonna ask for a refill but I did and she was again rude. I then watched her as I was sitting by the table by myself look at the empty plates on our table and went right to the table across from us and smiled at them and took their plates and never came back to take ours. My family at this point was just ready to go because of her. The price was outrageous to be honest. So be prepared if you go in, in my opinion and how we were treated to possibly not be treated well and to pay alot. I’ve never left a review anywhere and was gonna let this go but it did affect my family and our night out together. I would never ever go back they are not friendly. She should have not gotten a tip but my family member gave her a small one anyway. Very disappointed especially since I’ve never been to a hibachi before. Don’t take down my review. I will be calling today as well the place to let them know about service in case they don’t see this. If you go hope your experience is better.

We came in with my 2 children both of which have a genetic disorder. My daughter doesn’t eat much but eats more than my 6 year old son who barely eats anything. I told the lady at the front that he would probably only eat a tiny bit due to his genetic disorder and she said doesn’t matter still same charge all rude like. We were told to set at a regular table and we asked if we could have a booth because it is easier for my son to stay stationary. The lady rolled her eyes and showed us the booth. We barely got to eat because my son was having issues. He only took 2 bites of a piece of pizza and we had to leave. We were charged for 4 adult meals which are $19 a peace and 2 sodas because we drank water with the other 2. When I went to pay I told the woman we had to leave because of my son and he only ate 2 bites of a piece of pizza and I didn’t think we should be charged full price. She got aggravated and was shaking her head and was like I charge you a couple dollar which was actually $6. So our bill ended up being $73.51 for 2 adults who hardly ate anything a child who ate very little and a child who ate a couple bites of a piece of pizza and 2 Sprite drinks. We definitely won’t be coming back!

Don’t go to Shogun if it’s nearing dinner time even though you have gone in for the lunch menu. if they put something out on the bar and you go back for seconds after they have put out the dinner food on the bar and they see you getting seconds and get something that you’re unknowingly getting something that’s on the dinner menu even though it’s not advertised they’ll follow you to your table and tell you not to be getting any more of that food because it’s for dinner.
The price is horrible and they had mistakenly given me and my mom a senior discount and I had already had my ticket with the price for my food and the lady at the cash register charged me more because the lady had mistakenly given two senior discounts And that’s fine, but I think once it’s already been put on your ticket for pay it should be what they charge you
I think that the information of the lunch and dinner food should be specified instead of having someone follow you to your table and tell you that you can’t be getting any more of the dinner food even though you went there for the lunch.

Service was great. Greeted and seated upon entry. Drinks were quickly refilled. Huge buffet of food that was hot. Hibachi grill & sushi buffet assortment. Flavors were good but nothing stood out as exceptional. Dining area and restrooms were clean.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. My family and I have been coming almost every week for the past few months. To me, the food is mediocre but we still come bc there are not a lot of buffets around. We have always paid up front with Apple Pay, never been a problem. Well, this past weekend, our server insisted that I open my phone and give it to her so she could take it up front and pay for me. I told her that I would pay up front like we always do, she continued to insist that I use my Face ID, open my phone, and give it to her. After saying no 3-4 times and her continuing to insist, looked at my husband and he told her no, that we would go up front and pay. I will never go back here!!! Did she think we were going to leave without paying??? 1st of all, not worth it! 2nd, we have been coming here, they should recognize us and 3rd, they should never ask someone to open their phone and just hand it over to them!!! What was she thinking?? I was so mad! They better be glad I didn’t make a scene bc that’s how upset I was!!

This is an amazing place to eat at, but if anyone pays attention they’re some of the stingiest people I know. I understand this is a workplace where leaving tips is much appreciated, but don’t be so stingy and ask me if I want me change back when the change would be like $15 yes I want my change back, and also if someone doesn’t leave a tip it’s for a reason, why are you going to chase them out the door pretty much forcing them to leave a tip? That didn’t happen to me, but I saw when the lady ran after them and heard when the lady asked you’re not going to leave a tip? Guy just said I don’t know, because I guess he’s not the one payed, and the lady got really mad, and complained to her co-workers. Ma’am if he doesn’t want to leave a tip, or she doesn’t want to leave a tip they don’t have too. Outrageous to be honest, & don’t erase my comment just do better.

I grew up coming here,we’ve been coming here since i was a preteen. Yesterday me and my cousins with her 4 month old and my 3 sisters and her brother. The 6 of us came for lunch here she asks for drinks we all get water anyways we’re all eating she’ll come get dirty plates but what PISSED us off was she was hovering over us and then my sister wanted to get another plate but she already had us pay and then we’re all talking and she still standing there at her station with rags watching us (it was not busy she has maybe us and 2 other tables at the time) and ways she was hovering to see if we’re tipping because we asking for our change back because we were gonna leave a $20 but then the baby start crying so my cousin had to leave so she starts getting up and the waitress assumes that all of us are getting up starts telling us have a good day and start cleaning up our table so we ended up getting up and we go outside and we discussed this how it’s rude and disrespectfulShe would not stop hovering over us and not letting us enjoy our food and celebrate a my sisters 16th birthday. (we tipped her $25) You guys are the stingiest and rude “waitstaff”
