My wife and I have enjoyed Sho Express Bowls many times. They are tasty and a quick meal. However, the rapid rise in their prices has pretty much made this fast-food meal too expensive for us to continue to enjoy. We have visited Sho Express approximately 1-2 times per month. On our last visit to the drive through, we ordered 1 rice bowl with chicken and shrimp and 1 noodle bowl with beef and an order of egg rolls (no drink). This cost approximately $41.00. This is a steep increase from what we paid in the past for this fast-food meal. We feel we will no longer be visiting Sho Express.

Heard a lot about their ban bang shrimp. Was not impressed. Keeping in mind it is a fast food setup, which I typically avoid, was not that appealing. I’ve never had bang bang shrimp served in a pool of soy sauce. That is what killed it for me. It may have been good, but when they put the crisp fried shrimp drizzled in sriracha sauce into a pool of soy sauce made it soggy even after trying to eat it immediately. This place definitely needs to learn how to properly make bang bang shrimp.

It’s good but they’ve almost raised their prices too high. A basic bowl was around 9$ now its around 15$… There’s higher quality Japanese food in BG you can get for the same price

A Family Favorite … unfortunately with rising costs we’re not going to be able to eat there as often. 3 Bowls and 3 orders of Bang Bang shrimp costs $71 something, with tip it came to $85. I still recommend as a treat to yourself (& family … sigh … lol) or if the cost doesn’t affect you, then eat and enjoy!

So good!! Especially for a quick meal. Very filling. There is typically a line, but it is not a very long wait.

This used to be my favorite spot because the bistro is on the other side of town. I don’t know if they’re under new management but it doesn’t taste the same anymore. First, the guy taking orders seems rude, when you pull up and he just says “what you want”. The chicken isn’t as juicy and the rice isn’t as fried as it used to be; there isn’t any flavor. I never tried the egg rolls and I asked how many I get; he said 4. When I got them, there were only 2 cut in half and tastes like they were frozen. So basically paying $7 for 2 frozen egg rolls and the $7 noodles are just plain with no sauce. I used to love eating here, but just being disappointed the last 2 times paying $60 for food. It just doesn’t hit like it used to.

Very impressed! I didn’t expect to like this as much as I did. I got the teriyaki chicken noodle bowl and it was full of fresh veggies, juicy flavorful chicken, and noodles that were packed with taste. Also highly recommend the pecan pie…it doesn’t look like much but was surprisingly tasty. Staff was very friendly and checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our lunch. Very fresh and delicious and would come again. Didn’t try the sushi this time but would if I was in the area again. Bonus it was VERY fast.

Always a good quick stop. Spring rolls were a bit cool—-sometimes things can be a bit too quick! Lol. Yum yum sauce makes up for everything:-)

I go here frequently often spending $40+ here at a time. This experience was not enjoyable at all. When going through the drive through I was greeted by a young man. I ordered 4 sushi rolls, and two drinks. As I was with another person I asked for the order to be split into two containers. The response was ” I’ll try my best but no promises.” After receiving my order I found out they had not separated my food, so I pulled around and asked for a spare container. The man while giving me a tray said ” Did you break the other one?”

The Chicken Teriyaki bowl is really delicious but could use a little more meat and vegetables.
