Loved eating dinner here with my husband. The food was delicious and served quickly. 2 samosas for $8 is a little pricey but I didn’t mind since they are so hard to make at home. We got entrees with medium spicy level and I was pleased with the level of spice. The portions were large enough that we had leftovers for another small meal the next day. Overall not many complaints, thank you!

Because the dining room and kitchen are small, it almost feels like you’re eating in the owners’ (Vonda & Davinder) home. Anticipate the service to be on the slower side, as the kitchen is small (you can even peak in there to see them cooking).
Since we aren’t widely experienced in Indian cuisine, we asked them to put together some different things for us to try – a lot of different things. We enjoyed pretty much everything, and would order most of what we had, again.
The food is fresh, well-spiced (flavor more than heat), and the service was personable. Quaint and warmly decorated atmosphere. This was the second time we’ve eaten here, and will be returning soon.

This is the best Indian food I’ve ever had and I’m literally Indian and my grandma makes some mean curry. The people here are so incredibly sweet and kind. I would go here everyday if I could but my pockets aren’t humongous sadly. Everyone I had met has had such a great experience here. The owner has been here since I was little and he is so sweet and nice to everyone. Inside the restaurant is beautiful and cozy and it’s in the heart of downtown which is even better.

Went here for my daughter’s birthday. I have been many times before as well. The restaurant is nice and food is good. The server we had was clearly new and struggled with taking a simple order. But I’m sure that’s more of a rarity there. The butter chicken and cheese Naan were amazing as always. My only complaint on the food was the rice portion was small. Very skimpy on the rice. But overall a great meal.

I used to say this was a 5 easy!!!! I love the food but the portion sizes have steadily gotten smaller. I used to always be 100% happy with everything but they keep making it smaller portions. When I first started going here you got plenty to eat. Now I leave a little hungry. Might need to find another Indian restaurant. Just wish they would go back to original portion sizes. So little rice and not enough sauce.

I wanted to try this place for so long. I was not disappointed. Food was delicious, well seasoned, and the right amount of spiciness. Lamb chops were outstanding . Naan bread was delicious. The potatoes were also very tasty. There is something about food when the chef pays attention to details. It takes food to the next level. This became one of my favorite places in Mount Dora. Service was good too, very friendly and welcoming.
