Iris customer service was phenomenal!!! Giving it this PLACE four stars because it was my first time going in and it wasn’t a super WOW however I could see myself going back, definitely a good spot if you need a boost while your loved one is in urgent care next door.
(Didn’t check to see if this spot had wifi for its guests, but comfortable enough to go back and refill my cup of joe of creamer if needed, definitely enough space to feel safe to do you.)
Donuts could looks a bit nicer however I know there not bakers but just regular individuals, definitely tasted good.
Needs a better coffee selection like dunkin’ donuts.

This is the first time we ate from here. We got kolaches, egg bacon, sausage cheese, egg bacon and egg sausage and sausage jalapeños ones; 8 in total. And a strawberry sprinkle donut for my daughter. My daughter loved the donut, and we all enjoyed breakfast.

I had a great experience when picking up a large order for work the other day. Jackson helped me out by making an additional batch of kolaches for me because I forgot to place the order ahead of time. Only took about 25 minutes and he had me set up and good to go. Great staff and great kolaches.

A great stop for breakfast donuts, donut cakes and kolaches! First time see blueberry cake here and it tastes great. Love that they have no glaze options available. Not sweet and I love it. The only thing is that I can totally taste the frying oil, which may have been part of the donuts making process.

This donut shop was fantastic! It was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. One of the items we wanted wasn’t ready, but they went above and beyond by accommodating us with a free kolache. A special thank you Suki and Iris for their great service—you both made my first visit a wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ordered four assorted dozens. Got eight different flavors 6 of each. Two flavors per box. Didn’t find out they don’t mix each box until they were passed out to different locations across base. If you’re buying for multiple groups make sure you mix them up yourself before passing them out.

Honestly, such a disappointment. Used to love this place but the quality has gone down the drain. Ordered online just to be told they didn’t have the majority of what I ordered. The kolaches we ended up with taste burnt and like they’ve been sitting out for days. They forgot one of our donuts, and the ones we did get were cold and hard as a rock. So after spending $30 I’m back home cooking breakfast. Won’t be returning.

Very limited selection of donuts. I came at 8:30am on a Friday and the donuts were all very stale. They also don’t sell milk…. very strange donut shop experience. Got around 6 donuts, bill exceeded $20. Rip off. Kolaches are small and basic / dry & stale.

Shipley’s is a great place to get donuts! The staff is very friendly and courteous. I went through the drive through and was pleasantly surprised by how polite they were. The lady at the window made an effort to conversate and it was nice during my short wait. She complemented my wife’s glasses and thanked her for being a nurse during this time. It was also very efficient and I was out of the drive through within 3 minutes. Also how can I forget how delicious the donuts are! Very happy with the food and service. I will definitely be getting donuts here again.
