Purchase my meal. I wasI was in the drive thru. They needed to exchange my chicken tenders for Chicken Sandwich because they didn’t have any ready. And I couldn’t wait. I asked them to not put any mayonnaise since I have food.Allergies, she said, that’s fine.I got about five miles down the road and found out it was full of mayonnaise which I’d ask them to not put on. I called the next day.The location never picked up the phone. I called the KFC complaint line.They filled out a form, the manager of the store called me told me she was the one that waited on me. Then, she proceeded to basically tell me it was my fault because I was there at five minutes before they were closing.Then, she hung up the phone on me. I asked for the regional supervisor to call.They never did here.It is two weeks later, still haven’t heard from any of them. No, matter what time I call, they don’t pick up the phone.And they will not send me my reimbursement for their mistake. I’m assuming why this KFC has such a low rating is because they treat people horribly. I would go to another restaurant before I’d ever go back to a KFC. Spoke with Marcy & Jason on 10/2, they were unable to help me said there are no supervisors to oversee anything in the store. Then, the cook at it on the phone and started trying to talk to me.I’m not sure why the cook is getting involved. Obviously this is the location where nobody can do their job and handle a small situation. You also have to fight to get their names

What can I say…. I placed an online order at 7:15pm. I arrived to pick up my order, all entrances were closed and locked. I then went through the drive thru, and after stating I had a pick up order, and giving my name, the person arrived.. “OK, we’re making it”.
I went to the window, when the person came to the window, he opened the doors, tossed my bag to me and walked away… ZERO WORDS…
I got home and realized my “chicken sandwhich” was 2 pieces of tenders on a bun.. I got the wrong chicken in my bucket, and rock hard, ice cold biscuits.
Just disappointing.

The ladies that work during the day are amazing. I believe one of them is the general manager every time I go my food is always hot and never takes long however, the crew at night or whatever second shift that is I really don’t care for. Seems like they don’t wanna be there and their attention is always everywhere else except their customers that’s why I still gave a five because the first shift are perfect. Couldn’t ask for any better.

I ordered from the Kentucky Fried chicken in Lincoln Park on Southfield Road through DoorDash. It was a $16 order and all I got was chicken and a little corn muffin. I was supposed to get coleslaw mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit.

So we got there at about 730. Went inside to order…. Honestly didn’t even realize that this location closes at 8. We did have to wait for our food because it was later, and a Tuesday so they had that 10 dollar bucket deal. That didn’t even matter the service was outstanding and they just hooked us up for waiting!! The food was so hot and fresh!!!! Thank you for everything will definitely be back to your location!!!!

Just wanted to grab a snack at a nearby kfc. Bad choice. The chicken was cold and was made very messy as you can see in the pictures. The drive thru woman at the window was the opposite of friendly. I won’t be back.

Placed my order in the drive-through at 6:04pm and it is now 6:35. Still haven’t got my food and every time I come here I have to wait extra long for them to fry some chicken. It’s as if they don’t anticipate customers. That’s why it’s hardly anybody ever here. I’m surprise this place isn’t closed down.
