I went today at 8:30pm with my siblings and this employee was NOT professional or kind AT ALL. He did not welcome us and had a face the whole time and my brother asked for a Bear Claw and he just nodded his head saying no. Then, my brother said it was fine and we kept choosing the donuts we wanted until we saw him bag the Bear Claw and my sister told him “no he did not want it after all” and he just lifted his hand saying “bruh ” and rolled his eyes. Very rude, they should definitely fire him. What kind of employee is that thing??? If he is not happy with his life or job, why should that thing take it out on others?

Or make like mini kolaches would be better… too much bread to sausage ratio.wasnt evenly distributed ate half before getting to the 3 small sausages… Get the Texas Size one instead. Almost $18 for bread. I toasted the ones out of box bread seemed soft for my liking.

Horrible customer service drove all the way from Donna for some kolaches and donuts for me and my little girl and she proceeds to tell me with attitude that they only have the one with jalapeños okay fine I look at the menu to see the donuts and she with such an ugly voice says THATS ALL WE HAVE !! like I just wanted to also order some donuts I drove all the way over here and I called and it was the manager that was at the window which makes it even worse no hospitality what so ever I’ll be calling corporate

Lady seemed so annoyed giving me my order, not sure why? She gave me my card back annoyed and I told her thank you and she just closed her sliding door on me at the drive thru. Never actually gone myself to order from shipleys and I’m not sure why her customer service was so bad? Probably won’t go to that location again
Update: I take my 2 star back. I’m giving my review one star. Lady messed up my order, I ordered a dozen with just chocolate and glazed, and one filled. She gave me an all mixed box of ones I didn’t mention.

The doughnuts were great – it’s a Shipley’s! The folks inside were cheerful and nice. I walked in and sat at a small table – this outlet is definitely directed at the drive through. But it was just fine!
