Wonderful customer service! I was craving iced /sprinkled donuts. They were all out, but had donuts in the back. The baker took the time to ice and sprinkle donuts so I could have some. He even asked me what color icing I wanted. Thank you!
The drive through business is as popular as the walk-in business. They also take special orders. The owners said to call in advance and they will make what you need and have it ready for you when you come.

We were moving our son from Missouri to Arkansas and thought we would pick up some donuts along the way. I placed the order the day before and swung in first thing the next morning. My order was there waiting and they assured me it was all there. They weren’t very friendly and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions about my order. When we got to our destination and into our order we soon realized that half of our donuts were the wrong ones and they had also forgotten other items. When we called to explain what had happened the only response was “sorry, we close in an hour”. I then reached out to shipley’s corporate just to tell them about my experience and that I wasn’t even interested in anything back and got no response. I will never be going there again and strongly suggest people think twice before going there.

I’ve been to multiple Shipley’s, and this location had a terrible selection. No cake donuts, only glaze donuts with different toppings. Not even a sugar, cinnamon sugar, or crumb glaze that other Shipley’s offer. The store itself was pretty rundown, too. Compared to a typical no-name donut store, it was very basic selections.

Stopped in today on our way out of town. We got a dozen glazed and chocolate milk…. it was delicious .
They have a drive thru, which is convenient. The inside could use a little sprucing up, but I would definitely stop here again.

This is a small, hole-in-the-wall donut shop. It’s not much to look at inside or out, but their service, donuts, and kolachies are good. After I left Texas, I gave up ever finding sausage type kolachies until I found Shipley in Mountain Home. They don’t have a huge selection of either donuts or other items, but what they have is always good and fresh! Plus, the workers there are super friendly.

The shop appeared dirty and dingy. The ingredients were on pallets in the floor, not a good look for an eating establishment. Donuts tasted like old grease. Definitely won’t be stopping in again on my next trip through Harrison. These were just awful.

Locals better keep this place in business until I move back! I’ve been going to Shipley’s since about 2018 and it’s one of my favorite local places. The donuts are just melt in your mouth almost nostalgic. The long hours are appreciated as well. I live in WA now but will move back in 2026, it better still be open!!
